We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place is cosy, homey, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a great bonus, and the peaceful surroundings made it even more special. Communication was clear and easy—our host was friendly, responsive, and made everything smooth from start to finish. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

beautiful house for perfect family getaway. kids loved pool/theatre room. adults loved sauna. fireplace nice and homely with lots of wood supplied. short drive to shops/restaurants. would definitely return.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We couldn’t fault this place. Everything about it was perfect! My family had such a wonderful and relaxing time. Plenty to do here. They’ve thought of everything! Accommodated everyone comfortably and catered to everyone’s needs. Beds were clean and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen, outdoor dining, outdoor gaming room, swimming pool, bbq area, walking track just out the back, minute’s from the beach and I could go on…. Lol. It has everything you would need for a great time away. Kim and the team were a great help whenever we needed something, they were very responsive. Responded straight away. Definitely would visit here again! ❤️

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

Stayed at this lovely house with 5 girlfriends. A cozy feel despite being so big. Loads of space, indoor and out and we never felt in top of each other. Great home, over 2 floors, lovely views. The Spa was amazing after completing the 30km coastal trek. We would have liked to stay another night, play a bit of tennis and use the pool. Peggy and Chris were great and prompt when responding to our messages, thank you both 😊 We would certainly stay here again!

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Poets Corner was absolutely amazing. Howard had popped the heater on, some lights were on so everything felt so cosy and relaxing. Even the open fire was stacked and ready go which we enjoyed on both nights. The property was beautiful and immaculately presented. The garden was stunning and we had the pleasure of meeting and chatting Howard during our stay and finding out about how the property came to be. Amazing work! We were able to bring our little dog Bonnie who thoroughly enjoyed the stay and surroundings as well. We would definitely come back if we ever head down to Phillip island. Thanks for a lovey stay.

The Dune beach house was the absolute perfect escape for my partner and I. From booking , to champagne on arrival , the location , the gorgeous thoughtful intricate design of the house and decor , the huge projector and the most comfy couch I have ever lounged on , everything was just perfect. We would 1000000% be booking and staying again. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful stay.

Yale's house was the perfect spot for our Easter week away. It was very open and perfect for our kids to play. We all felt very at home and quickly relaxed into holiday mode. The house was very clean, had all the amenities and supplies we needed. Yale was a great host and very accommodating of our needs. We loved our stay.

The house was absolutely perfect for our 4 generation family, especially our toddler granddaughter who loved being so close to the playground. Some of our group enjoyed a round of golf at Cape Schanck while the rest of us walked to the dog friendly beach for a swim then ice-cream at the General Store. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need and the bonus of being able to bring our dog and know she was safe in the back garden. James and Julie responded very quickly to any questions, it was a wonderful weekend and we hope to return one day. Thank you

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Excellent home suitable for a later groups. New property so it’s very clean and all amenities are new and easy to use. Lots to outdoor space, close proximity to the beach and very quiet.

Dave’s place was perfect for us we loved it. Very homie feeling. Comfy beds and lounge.

Enjoyed our stay, the place was lovely and exactly like the photos. Great amenities and great recommendations for places to eat! The place had a lovely charm to it and was extremely peaceful. A nice getaway location if you’re looking for a quiet weekend away!

Great place for a short getaway for our family. Close by to the beach and General Store and very cozy with the fireplace for our stay at the start of winter.

Peaceful and private stay whilst still being so close to the main attractions of Phillip Island. A perfect getaway spot to unwind, beautiful little home with relaxing spa. Definitely would book again!

We loved our stay at Brydie’s place. The house was spotless, the beds were really comfortable and we really appreciated the family-friendly touches (eg kids tableware, a white noise machine (!!!), high chair, board games and books). Brydie was also really helpful and accommodating, which we greatly appreciated. My kids didn’t want to leave!!!

We really loved our 5 night stay for our dog holiday. Steve was really responsive and communication was great. The location was so peaceful and quiet and perfect for walks to the beach as very little traffic in the area. The house was well equipped and we enjoyed and already miss the fireplace. The patio area was perfect place to sit and read or eat. Yard is massive and very secure for pets or kids which we really appreciated as many places say they are safely fenced but are not. The house is split level and there are stairs inside and out so some dogs or little ones might struggle, otherwise it was perfect house and location for our stay.
