The cabin was substantially upgraded 2016. The annex is about 15 sqm. Have you and your family can enjoy sunny days fishing from land or boat. The boat is located in the marina approx. 500m from the cabin.

Fantastic place with unique location and lovely view, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place for yourself, 2 nice cabins with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun loungers, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Tårnheim on Hølonda, 45 km from Trondheim, is 10 meters high, with four floors. Go for a walk, bring the fishing rod to fish in the sea or in freshwater. Go out by boat, try your luck at fishing or enjoy a delicious meal by the sea. Sea and land, here we have everything close by. It is possible to rent a boat in close proximity to the rental. There are two different boats to choose from. Cosy cabin from 1955, renovated 2016, electricity installed and with Wifi. Sitting room, kitchen with hot and cold water, one sleeping room. Suitable for 2 adults and one kid. WC for your exclusive use in the nearby building, 10 meters away. No shower available. Located by the beautiful Gjevilvatnet in Trollheimen, perfect for mountain hikes, cross country skiing, fishing, kayaking and just relaxing. Toll road, kr. 80,- to be paid at youpark within 48 hrs after passing to avoid extra cost.
