Spacious holiday home at the seafront.

Kvammen, 30 min drive from Sandstad. 25 min to Kvenvær with shop, restaurant and archipelago idyll. The house belongs to a small farm that has been upgraded and has plenty of space both outside and inside, the house is 100 m from the sea, short distance to fishing waters and hiking trails. There are four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds and one with two mattresses that can be used if needed. Travel bed for children. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave. Large dining area in the living room and TV. Wi-Fi.

Welcome to Smågasjøveien 71 - a gem by the sea edge The property is idyllically located on Hitra and boasts impeccable sun and viewing conditions. Property consists of holiday home, outdoor living and annex. The leisure home has a living room/kitchen with a great view, 4 bedrooms (including annex), bathroom and toilet room. The cabin was substantially upgraded 2016. The annex is about 15 sqm. Have you and your family can enjoy sunny days fishing from land or boat. The boat is located in the marina approx. 500m from the cabin.

Here you can find tranquility close to nature. Spacious porch with outdoor furniture. BBQ. Charging for mobile and pad. Berry and hiking terrain right outside the cabin door. 1h20m drive Trondheim shared car park Grocery store is only 15 min. drive away Cozy cafe within walking distance, with Asian touch, kiosk goods, gas station.

Right on the seafront, with proximity to Fillan Municipal Center, with shops, pool facilities, bowling,restaurants and leisure activities. Sun from early morning to late night In winter, there are prepared ski slopes in several places on Hitra. Northern lights. Good fishing opportunities, island hopping, rib trips, hiking trails, beaches. Cheerful cabin neighbors. Boat rental: Upon request.

Lots of opportunities for bike rides. Great view, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Kid-friendly. Beautiful and newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms have double beds and the living room has a double sleeping couch. Quiet place, perfect location with private beach. Amazing sea view. Large deck around the house and a roof terrace. Hitra is known for its fantastic fishing, diving, deer hunting and lots of possibilities for hiking and biking. Local food nearby, grocery store and restaurant. Boat rental (Angel Amfi, Grefsnesvågen) is 3.5 km from the house.
