Unique luxury by the waterfront

Experience true lakeside luxury right on the waterfront of beautiful Smøla. Sjøbua is located only 20 meters from the sea and offers a rare combination of comfort, tranquility and spectacular nature. The cabin was totally renovated in 2021 and has three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and large patios with panoramic views of the sea. Here you can enjoy the ocean view from almost all rooms – even from the bathtub. Sjøbua is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, high-speed internet, barbecue, firewood and fire pit.

Here you can enjoy the tranquility and relax with the whole family. Everything on one level! Lovely views, close to the sea and the beach. Frøya offers many hiking opportunities. Fishing in both freshwater and sea. There is a lovely beach in Aunvågen about 300m from the cabin. We have a 15-foot boat located in a marina 1 km from the cabin that can be used, included. Until September. Must be experienced with boats/have a boating license. Remember bed linen and towels. You must tidy up and clean the cabin after use. Think of those who come after you.

Cabin with annex, 2 bedrooms + 2 lofts close to the sea, AC, Washing machine, dishwasher, floating jetty, boathouse, rowboat. Possibility of renting a boat nearby. The tenant must bring bed linen and towels, the duvets are 220 cm, 1x150 cm double bed, 2x75 cm bunk bed, 4x90 cm mattresses on the lofts. Running water, (not for drinking) drinking water is included in cans and can be filled up at Kvenvær. Vedøya. Nice and quiet place

Relax with the whole family on this wonderful and peaceful island. Here you get close to nature. No running water and electricity, but there is a well with water and solar power system. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and an outdoor toilet. When using hot water in the shower, it must be heated. There is parking for cars at the marina. We can help with transport to the island, but there is also the possibility to rent a boat for NOK 650 per day. The boat is a Kaasbøll 17 with a 50 hp Yamaha. It has plenty of room for 4 people.

Enjoy the beautiful nature around this romantic residence. Peace, quiet and nostalgia. Here you will find peace and quiet with nature. Go for a walk, bring a fishing rod to fish in the sea or in fresh water. Go out by boat, try your luck at fishing or enjoy a delicious meal by the lake. Sea and land, here we have everything close by. There is the possibility to rent a boat in close connection to the rental. There are two different boats to choose from. My cottage is located in a beautiful area ideal for spectacular hiking, skiing, fishing(there is a small (tiny) boat available), kayaking, SUP-boarding, yoga and all kinds of recreational activities. I also have a new wood fired sauna available right at the beach. Please do not hesitate to contact me for booking larger groups than 6: I have a guest house (boathouse) with room for 4 additional persons.
