Kvammen, 30min kjøretur fra Sandstad. 25min til Kvenvær med butikk, restaurant og skjærgårdsidyll. Huset hører til et småbruk som er oppgradert og har god plass både ute og inne, huset ligger 100m fra sjøen, kort vei til fiskevann og turstier. Det er fire soverom, et med dobbelseng, to med to enkle senger og et med to madrasser som kan brukes ved behov. Reiseseng for barn. Bad med dusj, toalett og vaskemaskin. Kjøkken med komfyr, kjøleskap og mikrobølgeovn. Stor spiseplass på stua og tv. Wifi.

Beautiful and newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms have double beds and the living room has a double sleeping couch. Quiet place, perfect location with private beach. Amazing sea view. Large deck around the house and a roof terrace. Hitra is known for its fantastic fishing, diving, deer hunting and lots of possibilities for hiking and biking. Local food nearby, grocery store and restaurant. Boat rental (Angel Amfi, Grefsnesvågen) is 3.5 km from the house.

Eiendommen består av fritidsbolig, utebod og anneks. Fritidsboligen har stue/kjøkken med fantastisk utsikt, fire soverom (ink. anneks), bad og toalettrom. Hytta er vesentlig oppgradert i 2016. Annekset er på ca 15 kvm. Har kan du og familien nyte solrike dager med fiske fra land eller båt. Båten ligger i marina ca. 500 meter fra hytten.

Trivelig hus med fantastisk utsikt utover Dolmsundet! Sentralt plassert midt i mellom Hitra og Frøya ca 14 minutter kjøretid til sentrum på begge øyene. Huset ligger på et rolig gårdstun med tilgang til naust og proff 20 fots alu båt med 60hk, ekkolodd og kartplotter hvis man ønsker å fiske etc. Båten kan leies for kr 1000.- døgnet. Eier med familie bor på samme gårdstun og er erfaren utleier gjennom mange år. Det er også tilgang til flere ferskvann med øretfiske å strand.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is extremely cozy and new. You also have a direct view of the sea. Kristine was very friendly, trusting and welcoming. It seems as if they are not renting out the accommodation as a business, but because they are happy to have guests. We therefore felt extremely welcome! 10/10

Rent och fint. Bra utrustat. Tyvärr är det väldigt lyhört och det är lägenheter både ovan och under. Våra hundar kunde inte låta bli att skälla emellanåt när någon klampade på golvet/taket eller spelade musik. Men stort och rymligt med sköna sängar.

Leide først denne for en kort periode, men trivdes så godt, så spurte om jeg kunne bo 3mnd. Dette løste seg, verten var hjelpsom og forståelsesfull i situasjonen. En voksen og to barn har stortrivdes i landlige omgivelser, og hatt god plass innendørs og utendørs. Verten’s familie på stedet har gjort oppholdet svært minnerikt med å la ungene mate hester. We enjoyed our stay at Kveldeheim very much. The location is just amazing, we particularly enjoyed watching the sunsets from the rocks behind the house. Our boys had a lot of fun exploring the tidepools, catching crabs and the occasional fish, and going for boat rides along the shore. Hedda and Jørgen were very helpful and gave us a lot of tips on activities. We would love to come back someday!

Huset har veldig god beliggenhet om du liker litt privatliv og utsikt mot sjø/fjord. Vi var der i 2 netter og koste oss. Veldig fint på utsiden av huset med grill og bålpanne. Huset er gammelt, men var rent og pent, og har det du trenger av kjøkkenutstyr, TV og Internet. Vi utforsket fint turterreng like i nærheten, og var et par turer på sjøen. Båten som tilbys fungerer fint, selv om det er åpen båt. Takk for at dere lånte ut huset deres til oss. Ser ikke bort fra at det kan bli en ny runde, når det er sommer og sol.

For oss var dette stedet akkurat det vi ønsket oss, i nærhet til friluftsliv, sjø, havfiske med mulighet til å leie båt, i skjærgården og mulighet til å trekke seg litt bort fra 🏙️. Det var et yrende dyreliv, med hjort i hagen til Havørn i luften, attpåtil med hell i fiske så ble dette perfekt. 🤩 Huset hadde alt det man trenger i en hverdag med mulighet til å fryse ned sin fiskefangst.

het huis van Monica is een onwijs mooi en netjes afgewerkt huis. ze stond ons al op te wachten toen we aankwamen en heeft ons een rondleiding gegeven. Vanaf dat moment voelde het alsof je bij vrienden langs ging voor een avondje. het was super gezellig en hebben veel gekletst. maar als we dat niet zouden willen konden we ons ook terug trekken in de tweede woonkamer. al met al was het echt een super fijne ervaring en wij raden dan ook echt iedereen aan om bij Monica te verblijven. echt top!

Veldig fint sted ved sjøen i et koselig hus. Lett å få ut kajakker fra eiendommen slik at vi fikk tatt oss en padletur mellom holmene, slik ett av målene med turen var. Kom oss også til topps på ett av de mange fjella i nærheten, og fikk en ekstra bonus på naturopplevelse da elgoksen kom og beita langs husveggen utpå kvelden. Bottom line: Flott opphold!😊
