We lived staying at Jay’s beach house. It’s so close to the water, very clean & beautiful!

We had the best time at your place! The house was beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kids had a blast and didn’t want to leave! Such a peaceful spot and a perfect little getaway. Thank you for being a great host. We’d definitely love to come back!

What a great place!!! Still want to be close to Galveston, but without all the noise and people? This is your spot!! Seawall is about a 20 min drive, Louis Fish Camp bar/grill is a 5 min drive. Love to fish? The canal is right there for you to wet a hook. There’s even a light in the water to attract fish at night. Redfish, trout and flounder. The RV has EVERYTHING you need. If you need coffee, there is a Keurig so stop and get some cups. Bed is comfy, ac is cold, and the outdoor space is awesome. Area is quiet and peaceful, and easy to get to. Easy instructions to get into, felt safe the entire time. Terry was very communicative and helpful. We highly recommend!!!

The place to stay in Surfside if it’s just the 2 of you or 2 plus 2 kids. It is as advertised. Well equipped kitchen which is a must because food options are limited in Surfside to say the least. Don and Robin Ft Worth Tx

Just what we needed! The house was super clean! Ivan responded right away when I had questions. Overall was just a really good stay and recommend this place if you need a quiet, clean, and simple place to stay. Hosts 6 people comfortably.

Ashely was an outstanding host!! I got to stay here for 3 nights and it was very cozy and clean. The house had all of our wants and needs, so we felt right at home. It was very close to the beach and other stores which was an amazing plus!! Definitely wouldn’t mind staying again

Megan's place was everything that I needed. this was my second time staying and we had everything we needed. the pool and hot tub was very nice.

We enjoyed this condo very much. We stayed on a very busy holiday weekend. The place was spotless and well stocked. It’s a small space and I would not recommend more than 4 people stay. We had 3 people and 2 dogs. Not much space to set up a dog crate, but we made it work. The dog park with a sprinkler & shower was a huge help. The beach is just across the street. The unit is up 2 flights of stairs (and the elevators were slow) so we did get our workout. The remodeling of the building does look a bit rough from the exterior still, and I was worried when we first pulled up that the inside would be the same. Not at all! The pools and grounds are wonderful. Parking/pool wristbands are $10/day so plan to pay a little extra. All in all it is a great place and we do recommend it.

Simply amazing. Gloria felt like an old friend as we texted back and forth. The house is beautiful beyond words. Music playing in the background was a great addition. The backyard is the star of the show and was an amazing setup to our cruise. The price was right as wee shared with other couples for our family. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Gloria’s place was absolutely wonderful. Highly recomend. Exactly as described. She responded quickly. Everything was great. The beds were all comfortable. The showers were great. TVs worked great. We cooked a lot and found the kitchen more than adequate. Plenty of dishes and flatware. We had our son and 4 grandkids plus our granddaughter’s friend. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us. We were close to the beach and close to all the attractions in Galveston. The out door hose allowed us to rinse off and keep most of the sand outside. Loved having the washer and dryer too! Would definitely come again. Book it before it’s gone!! Great price!!

The condo is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and bathroom amenities. There is also a chest on the balcony containing a variety of recreational items for the beach. And there's a full-sized washer and dryer. I'll keep this on my list when I return.

Eric, Matt and Lalo were absolutely the greatest hosts. This is no ordinary rental, this is truly a resort. The hosts greet you and make you feel welcomed right away. They had a wonderful way of helping me shake off the travel weariness and join them and other guests in a beautiful tropical paradise, secluded from the cares of the real world. My only wish is that I could have stayed more days.

Nice house, wish we had access to the garage would’ve made it easier to load and unload. The upstairs neighbors were a little loud. We had a chance to check out the pool and it was nice. A lilt of businesses were not a far drive at all. We didn’t walk to the beach we drove instead the walk seemed a little far. Overall a nice stay!!

The host was very communicative. Very responsive. There was a gliche getting inside the house but it was quickly addressed with a phone call.

Great location, near to beach, restaurants. Small, cozy place good for a couple of night stay. We stayed for 2 nights and with a 3 year old. Eduardo is very responsive and took great care of us. He kept checking if we were in need of anything alert from everything his place already had. We would love to come back next time we are here. Only thing we had trouble with was the noise of the window acs. But that is not a big thing and manageable.

We came into town for a soccer tournament. & stayed with team friends. David & Grace’s house was reasonably priced, made us feel at home. The girls loved the hammock, the little game on the wall & thought it was cool to rinse off in the outside shower. We went to the beach - the weather was perfect for it. If we go back down to Galveston (from DFW area), we will book again. Thank you David & Grace for making us feel at home

It was perfect for us! Easy way to the beach and close to a cute little convenience store. We loved it!

Alex was very responsive, gave us recommendations and were great! His place is beautiful, peaceful and makes you feel at home. my husband enjoyed fishing of the dock and our two miniature dachshund loved the fenced yard and running up and down the stairs. I am glad we picked Alex property.
