Private parking . Inside you will enjoy a modern , well appointed space, tub and shower in the bathroom. King size bed with luxury linens, bathrobes for your use, laundry facilities by request. Fully equipped kitchenette and quaint dining area outside for you to dine and enjoy an evening of relaxation.
“Carole is very personable, met us when we arrived and said goodbye when we left. We wanted to use the grill and she had all the utensils out and ready. All was very clean - we had no fear about COVID-19. She went beyond our expectations by having roses, Italian soda, cake and a nice card in the room as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. There was road construction on main highway so entrance road to the Cottage was a tad hard for us to spot the first time around, but got it the next time. Look for a concrete road beside the blue-green building facing the highway. Our first time on the Western side of the island - less crowded and quieter. Great tips on beach parking which we used. Highly recommended.”
2 Bed 1 Bath apt. above the garage behind our house in the East End Historic District. The apt is completely separate from our house and is not occupied below. It has one bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with a queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, creamer and a few snacks and everything you need for cooking meals. Just blocks from Historic Downtown Strand area, UTMB, restaurants and one mile from the Beach.

“Lynn and her husband (and dog) are fabulous hosts! Everything is exactly as it’s listed! What isn’t listed is how comfy the bed is! I normally dislike soft beds but this one was great! The dog is sweet and I don’t think o even heard him bark. Breakfast was wonderful and the drive to the port was included. I will definitely stay again! Thank you!”
