House vacation rentals in Historic District, St. Augustine

Fred & Linda’s place felt like we were right home. The place was very serene and tranquil right in the middle of St. Augustine. Anything we needed, it was there. The hosts also let us know that if we needed anything, to let them know. Their salt water pool felt great on hot afternoons and evenings. The kids loved the place. Even their little dog Ellie came to play ball with the kids. Would recommend staying here.

What a hidden treasure! I was looking for a getaway and what I found was a Haven. It surpassed all of my expectations. So peaceful, clean, and convenient. Close to everything yet tucked away into a quiet corner. Michelle is professional yet so friendly and helpful. Any questions you may have, she has the answer. Definitely one of my favorite places that I have ever stayed in the continental US. Five stars and two thumbs up!

We had a wonderful family reunion at Theresa’s lovely house. There was something for every age group to do. The yard was very private and yet you could walk to coffee shops and even to downtown. The pool was wonderful and the house was spacious. The host was very accommodating and even my dog felt welcomed! Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again.

It was very clean and had everything our family needed! The pool was amazing our kids didn’t want to leave! Also easy beach access for kids. I can’t say enough good things about our stay! I loved this home! It was perfect. So much better than I expected. Larger than the photos. It was so roomy and just an awesome neat home. I loved the decorations everything looked so old and cool. It was a very historic St. Augustine vibe which I really appreciated. The location was top tier. I can’t wait to come back. No better place to stay at in St. Augustine in my opinion. Thank you!

We celebrated my wife's birthday by coming to St. Augustine and Ann's place was PERFECT for what we were looking for. Nestled on a quiet side street just a couple blocks from historic downtown, this location is absolutely ideal - the perfect balance of proximity without hearing the crowds at some of the rowdier places in town. Ann offers a parking spot which is an absolute-must when staying near downtown - anywhere else is $20/day and street parking in town is virtually non-existent. When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm note and some fresh muffins! Our area was clean and prepared, and even featured a washer/dryer. Ann also lent us a pack-and-play for our toddler. I highly recommend this place as a former AirBnB owner myself - the attention to detail by the host is excellent, the house is perfectly situated, and the price is better than hotels or any of the other AirBnB locations we searched. If we come back, this is where we'll stay! (if you don't snatch it first!)

The location is great for walking to the old downtown area. The unit was just as advertised. The host was really proactive with communication and assistance. I would recommend this unit for a nice visit to St Augustine.

Jonas' place was amazing!! It was beautifully decorated, peaceful, and comfortable. It was so light and airy with a beautiful view out the back window that made us instantly relax. The back deck/porch area was a wonderful place to sit and relax as long as the weather cooperated. The house was conveniently located with just a short walk to the center of town. The kitchen, living area, and bedrooms were beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and well lit. Jonas was an excellent host! He wasquick to respond to messages and communicated very well. We would love to return again and would highly recommend this place!

This location was the perfect walking distance to the St. Augustine amphitheater. We picked this place to stay over others, so we didn’t have to deal with traffic or parking while attending the Warren Zieders concert. The place was very clean, spacious, quiet and had all the amenities. The hosts were very accommodating before booking our stay. Overall, this is definitely a place I would stay at again the in the future.

Our stay at the Walker House was great. It's located close to some great restaurants and points of interest. The house is amazing with everything you need to relax.

The Pumpkin House was an amazing experience. The home felt very homey, cozy, comfortable and safe! Super close to everything, great restaurants and so much history to explore! The house was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the whole house was beautiful! We will be back and will only be staying at this airbnb when we visit again! I highly recommend this house!
