Paty's place is a comfortable and charming apartment in the heart of Condesa. The location is ideal - a 12 minute walk to Chapultepec Park, short walks to plenty of restaurants, cafes, and ice cream parlors - and conveniently situated on a broad avenue that was surprisingly quiet. The living space was pleasant and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy coffee or have some fresh air. Paty was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations and instructions. We would stay here again on a future trip!

Loved the time at Casa Donceles! Used it as a base to explore the historic downtown area and local restaurants. It was great to have a peaceful place to return to at the end of each day.

Excelente ubicación, el edificio tiene entretenimiento para niños pequeños y el departamento tiene buena distribución y es cómodo para familias con niños

I stay in a lot of Airbnb‘s and this was literally the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in outside of my own. It was amazing. I especially like that the elevator goes to your floor and you have that whole floor to yourself. There is so many restaurants to walk to. I would have to come back for another two weeks to even possibly try many of them. It was amazing and pretty close to the airport as well. Pretty close to many of the museums. But it definitely feels like a hometown neighborhood nestled within a big city but because of that the big city doesn’t seem like a big city, but amazing. You literally have to experience it for yourself over the top amazing.

Wonderful flat and lovely hosts. Were extremely responsive and flexible throughout our stay. Kindly stored our bags and brought them down to us once we returned to collect. Thank you very much for having us!!

Perfectly located if you want to be in the middle of the action in one of the busiest neighborhoods in CDMX. Lots to do within footsteps of the apt. The apartment was spotless, and well equipped for your typical stay. One thing of note is that you are on a busy street, and will have some noise noticeable in the apartment. I’m from New York and that is par for the course for me, but some might have trouble with it. The bed rooms are located towards the back of the apartment so I didn’t have any issues sleeping. This apartment is in a very lively neighborhood so you should spend as much time as you can outside enjoying it.

Desde el primer contacto que tuve con Laura fue bastante amable. Me detalló con precisión la zona, amenidades y el alojamiento. A nuestra llegada se mostró bastante flexible con el horario con la cortesía de recibirnos incluso un poco antes. El departamento es precioso, amplio, limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Nos recomendó sitios alrededor. Es bastante seguro y transitado. Hay restaurantes exquisitos a muy buenos precios. El balcón, jardín, gimnasio y el departamento en sí son tan confortables que realmente quisieras pasar más tiempo ahí. Tmb tiene área de lavandería. La iluminación y ventilación del departamento son excelentes. La vista es preciosa y la cercanía que tiene con el centro histórico, Ángel de la independencia, Roma etc hace que sea un excelente lugar para conocer zonas aledañas La seguridad del lugar es increíble y los vigilantes son muy atentos. Fue muy flexible con el horario de check out. Recomiendo ampliamente el departamento ☺️

La ubicación, el alojamiento muy limpio, el edificio muy tranquilo, sin ruidos, muchos lugares a donde ir a comer que estan cerca, y la atención de Lina es de 5 estrellas, sin duda volveremos, mi familia estuvo muy contenta. Gracias Lina por tus atenciones.

Alfredo fue muy amable y estuvo al pendiente en todo momento. solo que en la entrada em portero me dijo que no sabia nada. y cuando le dije que llamaría al anfitrión me dejo pasar

Recomendadísimo!!!!. Angel y su esposa estuvieron al pendiente todo el tiempo, incluso llamando de ser necesario, no tardaban nada en responder, lo cual agradecemos muchísimo por qué nos dió más seguridad. Ubicado muy cercas del metro y del estadio GNP, fue Ideal para pasear e ir al estadio GNP sin gastar mucho en transporte (nos fuimos caminando) El lugar es bastante privado y seguro. Nos fuimos por la calle de la gasolinera, por el puente peatonal, así es más fácil llegar al estadio y está bastante transitado ;). El lugar es tal cual en las fotos, y te dan muchas amenidades y facilidades, no te va a faltar nada. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí. Solo a considerar: Está en un quinto piso, se sube por escaleras. No hay abanico, pero no tendrás calor, abriendo las ventanas tuvimos que hasta taparnos. Fue una muy grata experiencia, y no tuvimos ningún problema, definitivamente no dudes en elegir este lugar.

Cosas más positivas: - Cerca de barrios con cosas para hacer, cómo Roma Norte o el Centro Histórico. - Buena vista. - Cama cómoda. - Limpio y agradable el apto en rasgos grales. - Flexible para hacer el checkin antes, o cambiar el día de checkout para unos días posteriores. Cosas no tan positivas: - Si bien el anfitrión solucionó algunas cosas, como hacer el checkin más temprano, lo hizo con condiciones muy poco flexibles, haciendo que uno cambie algunos planes para acudir en una hora demasiado estricta. Tal vez había otras soluciones, como dejar la maleta con alguien de seguridad del edificio. - Demasiada luz permea la cortina del cuarto. Te despierta demasiado temprano. - El anfitrión demoraba algo en responder, y prometió conseguir una plancha que luego no trajo. - Cómo dicen otros comentarios, las sillas del comedor están algo rotas. En rasgos grales: no es mala la relación precio calidad. Se puede caminar de noche pero es una zona muy desolada y con pocos lugares donde comer.
