My experience at this property was excellent. The location is unbeatable, very close to everything you need and in a safe and quiet area. The house was impeccable, very well equipped, comfortable and with all the details taken care of. From the first moment, the host was very attentive, kind and professional, always available for any questions or needs. I would definitely stay here again and I totally recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable, pleasant and carefree stay.

Lorena was a great host. The place was exactly as it appeared in the photos and the few times I needed to communicate with her, she responded almost immediately. The neighborhood is great, very walkable with tons to do. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

A lovely, Spanish-styled home with fully equipped kitchen, a stylish high-ceiling living room, a 5 gallon tank of purified water provided, and a nice patio, which we didn't use, in the back. There was one problem, which was the lack of hot water for the first four days. Ricardo attempted to fix it himself, then brought in a plumber, which still didn't fix the problem. Finally, Ricardo brought in a second plumber, who did fix it. Ricardo deserves credit for continuing to follow-up on the problem, but I thought he should have been aware of this problem. Despite this, we enjoyed staying at his house, the location was great. Ricardo was a very hospitable host, met us when our arrival was delayed, and a responsive host. I would recommend his house as a great place to stay, if you can afford the price. I would recommend that Ricardo provide a notebook with recommended restaurants and nearby sites.

The most beautiful artistic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Every room had a different vibe and there was so much beautiful art and books to look at. The house is so well designed and has so much character! The hosts were super helpful, kind, flexible and communicative. We loved every part of our stay! This is a stunning home in a wonderful part of Coyoacán. I had thought it was a complete house but it's actually within the owners home, but this doesn't detract from the charm and comfort of the apartment and Luz is very helpful and responsive. The apartment is utterly charming and characterful and the garden is a wonderful addition to the experience of staying with Luz. The entrance is full of interesting historical items and the Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera display is fascinating. A safe and reassuring place to stay for a solo traveller in Coyoacán with a great, quiet and helpful host.

Truly an excellent place to stay. Just right for a couple! This little house is cozy, private, quiet ... great if you have to work while in Mexico City. And Israel is an excellent host: always responsive while we were there, flexible about check in, and helping us deal with a couple items we left behind. We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to public transportation is a bonus! Will definitely be back.

Great place to visit museums and walk around the neighborhood. An amazing building to rest after a long day in the city. Wonderful pool to do some laps.

Victor's service was amazing and concise. He was always available and that's great. The view is absolutely amazing! The stay is totally worth it: quiet, comfortable, clean, and with absolutely everything you need. I read comments about the sunlight coming in; but for me the blinds were very comfortable, they covered very well and I was able to rest very well. The only issue is the heat, but it was solved without any major problem with the fan :) Everything was excellent and recommended

The Location was Amazing and the home decorations perfectly fit the destination in a very modern way.

Alfredo's unit is excellent. We were there mainly for medical reasons and it was in a great location with great amenities. It was a great place to call home for a few weeks. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great place for our first visit to CDMX! Walkable to anything you could want in Roma Norte and condesa. Sarali is very responsive and friendly; we especially appreciated her list of recommendations. We went to some great places we wouldn’t have found ourselves.

Gorgeous place to stay in CDMX! We couldn't get over the incredible views of Chapultepec park and the surrounding area that can be enjoyed from the balcony and rooftop. The building itself is very nice, quiet, and felt safe with the security at the entrance. The location is perfect, on a quiet street of Condesa walking distance to the amazing nearby parks, shops, and restaurants. Hosts were very communicative and provided detailed check-in instructions. Overall, we were so grateful to have a relaxing, nice place (with AC!) to come home to after long days of exploring the city.

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

I absolutely love this apartment and the building, and its host! Belle was one of the most proactive and helpful, kind hosts I've experienced in many, many AirBNB rentals. The apartment is a spacious loft located in a new tower with helpful security at the gate and parking garage. There is no air conditioning so it's best to leave the blinds down when you go out and return to a cooler room as it has huge windows. Having a washing machine is great when you're travelling and Belle has provided a fan in the room. Apartment is fully stocked for longer stays with a beautiful, far reaching view of the city. It feels completely safe and waking up to the view right by the window is wonderful. The amenities in the building are superb with an incredible swimming pool, jacuzzi, roof terrace and co-wokring areas. It feels like a cross between a hotel and an apartment complex but is safe throughout and in a good area with restaurants, shops, offices and a good Starbucks right outside the door.

This apartment is a gem! Located steps from Avenida reforma and so many of the sites you’ll want to see on your trip to CDMX. The area felt safe and the doormen were always so nice and helpful. The building amenities were amazing and all brand new: the pool, jacuzzi, gym, steam room, cowork and media room. Very comfy bed, nice linens, well equipped kitchen with fab city view. Good work space. The location was super convenient. Angel is a great host, he left water and snacks for my arrival which is always a huge perk! I look forward to staying here again soon. We stayed at Felipe’s for almost a week and it was absolutely perfect! He was so helpful with anything we needed, the place was spacious and beautiful and exactly as listed. Would definitely recommend and certainly be back!

Excellent location for sightseeing in Centro Histórico. Amazing views of Alemeda Central and Torre Latina. Apartment was very clean and organized. Very nice that the kitchen included numerous utensils and appliances. Access to several metro stations are within a short walking distance.
