In this 1940s house, the original materials have been preserved and showcased, revealing their textures, cracks, and natural imperfections that pay homage to its history. The furnishings are made up of unique pieces from a private collection, which lend character, authenticity, and an intimate atmosphere. A cozy space, ideal for resting, contemplating, and enjoying the tranquility.

After a year-long remodeling project, I’m thrilled to present this personal residence Kaya Kalpa. Every inch of the property has been thoughtfully remodeled.
