We had a great stay! The neighborhood was very cute and walkable and very friendly. Jonathan was very responsive and helped with questions and recommendations prior to arrival. Overall the stay was very quiet and the neighborhood is not noisy (though the Friday night we were there there was karaoke somewhere nearby but it was only until like 10pm and none of the other nights- I think it was a one off!) and we felt incredibly safe everywhere. The BNB is decorated well and they had all the amenities you'd need in the room and access to a full kitchen should you want it. We had coffee there in the mornings but didn't have breakfast there as we went out for breakfasts but it looked to be a fairly standard spread! We'll happily recommend Jonathan's place to anyone coming to Mexico City!

I was 2 different days in different rooms, in the latter it was the upstairs and I had a small balcony indoors. The perfect location the attention of the doorman is impeccable, it is a very downtown place and surrounded by bars despite being able to sleep since the noise did not influence. It does not have air conditioning only fan blades in my case it was not a problem since I do not use air conditioning. I would be back again!

San Angel is such a beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Mexico City. It is quaint, peaceful, and beautiful with walkable restaurants, safe- well lit streets and local artists in the park on the weekends. No wonder Diego Rivera picked it for his home and studio!!

Beautiful accommodations! The decor was exceptional and I felt very comfortable and at home. Perfect location and neighborhood. Walkable to so many restaurants and bars. They were flexible with my check in and even left me a yummy snack before my 4am excursion outside of the city. Highly recommend!

Exactly like what I thought it would be from the other reviews. Really nice stay and such great hospitality, felt so welcomed and cared for. It was a short stay but would've loved to stay longer. Easy to get to the bus, walk to local eatiera, parks. Cozy bed and spacious room, bathroom with great toiletries. Would stay again!

A truly special place. We just had one night here, but it was so beautiful (both the rooms and the courtyard), we wanted to stay forever! The comfiest bed we have ever slept in! I arrived easily, the instructions are clear, the only thing I didn't like was the smell of the place. When entering the house it smelled bad, like feet, even outside the room and then inside the room it smelled the same. That was the only thing I didn't like. Other than that, the place is nice, warm and quiet to rest

Hacienda Gobernadores is a hidden oasis in the middle Mexico City. From beginning to end our time spent there was spectacular and exceeded our expectations. Firstly the host Louis was amazing, he greeted us himself and checked us in early. He was kind and very welcoming explaining things and showing us around the property. The building itself is so beautiful and feels like you have stepped out of the city for a moment. Amazing high ceiling room that all look on to the most tranquil courtyard. Staying there really is an experience in itself. The whole team was helpful and professional. The location is also great only a short drive away from all the big attractions and neighbourhoods although this neighbourhood also is beautiful with many restaurants. I could have stayed weeks and weeks there and will definitely return on my next visit to Mexico City. Truly a 5 star experience.

Our stay in Hacienda Gobernadores definitely made our whole visit in Mexico City. Tucked in peaceful street within walking distance to the Roma and Condesa neighborhoods, it was charming and homey space that made our visit memorable. Luis and team’s hospitality is top notch. They even lent us a blood pressure monitor when I needed it. Chef Narciso’s food is also fantastic! Everyone was kind and pleasant (shout out to Ms Angeles)! We appreciate you all. We will be back. :)
