Amazing Villa with Pool in the center

Located in the city center, you will also be close to everything. grocery store, carsi, beach, beach is also walking distance. You will stay in a detached villa with garden, which is very close to the city and away from the city noise. The villa is heated by floor heating in winter. You will be very comfortable with this feature. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms are very spacious and we would be very comfortable in this spacious and warm house, especially the children.

This unique house is close to everything. Sea, supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, shopping mall are only 5 mins walk away. Although it us very central, it is in a very besutiful peaceful area, no traffic. It is surrended with a big garden. There are more than 10 different beaches around which u can reach with a car or public transport. Simply it us very unique house in a very unique location.

I have visited Fethiye a few times before but honestly think it is the best place we have ever stayed. The host (Deniz) is super friendly, easy to reach and proactive. The space was in a pristine condition, clean, well equipped and felt homely. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and close to the shops places. I will definitely come back to this place next time I am in Fethiye. Highly recommended.

We came to this villa for the 2nd time, and it was another great family holiday. Inlice is a quiet village and a great place to relax and disconnect, while being only 10m drive from Gocek with its restaurants and shopping street. The house and the garden are in a very good condition, with everything necessary readily available. The host is very friendly and responsive, and happy to provide local recommendations (e.g. finding a boat for a day in the sea). Thank you Murat for hosting us!

The apartment takes 2 floors, everything was good, decent rooms and a great common room for everything with almost everything you need (except for shampoo and toothpaste). The location is good: close to the promenade along the sea, about 30-40 minutes to sightseeing and cafes area and about an hour walk in the other direction from the beach (the walk would be very pleasant). Thank you for this nice place, it was very comfy and cosy.

Ahmet was great host. he could not do enough for us if we asked. Everything was easy to get to and help at hand if needed. Shops close and facilities were great to use. A modern multi-storey residential complex (which is very different from real estate in Turkey), but at the same time the territory is very nice, with a swimming pool. You can definitely stay in this apartment for a long period of time! Wifi, bright living room with kitchen, bedroom. Everything is tastefully made. A small veranda overlooking the mountains. Very friendly lairdlord. When we checked out, he left us small delicious treats under the door:) We highly recommend this apartment and this landlord:)

Taner was always very quick to answer any questions or concerns I had, right from before booking to after our stay. He was there to meet us on arrival and showed us around his wonderful villa. For us as a family of 3 adults it was the perfect location. We are regular visitors to Turkey so specifically wanted this area. We would definitely stay here again.

It was calm and peaceful compared to the center. The overwhelming temperature when you go down to the center is not living in the location of the house. The house is the same as in the visuals. It was very comfortable and comfortable. The size of the pool was also very good. As 6 adults and 3 children, it was a stay where we were very comfortable and able to have fun. Everything was as advertised in the house where we stayed for 4 nights. We were greeted by the smell of cleanliness at the entrance to the house. Although we checked in late at night, Ms. Arife waited for us and delivered the house without any problems. The overall appearance of the compound where the house was located was very peaceful and safe. The kitchen utensils were in sufficient numbers and spotlessly clean. The house had working items such as air conditioning (2), a hair dryer, a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an ironing board. Sheets, towels and covers were clean and in sufficient numbers. Ms. Arife also provided a lot of flexibility in the checkout time, we were able to prepare our luggage and check out comfortably without getting tired. We would like to thank Ms. Arife for being always available before and during our vacation, and we hope to choose her for our 🙏🏻 next vacations. It can be preferred with peace of mind. Thank you so much for everything 🌸

We had a great stay. The apartment is at the marina end of the foreshore which was perfect for us. It was also in a local neighbourhood rather than a tourist hotspot, which we prefer. The place was as described and very clean. It was great to have access to a washing machine & clothes horse. Thanks for a great stay Enes.
