I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Villa, Aadwika homestay is great place. it has beautiful interior .The villa is very well maintained.We travelled from long distance and were tired but when we entered the villa's aura our tiredness was lost.The villa's design is unique and ethnic.The owner is very friendly and his hospitality and service was very great. No words. The nature around the villa is very beautiful. Overall I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.the villa's ethnic decor and excellent service make it a truly unforgettable experience. Absolutely! I would love to return to this villa and experience it's luxury and charm again.🙏 THANK YOU SO MUCH 🙏😊

Great overall peaceful experience. Manoj was extremely friendly and had some great suggestions for the beaches and places to visit in Gokarna also shoutout to the caretaker Sandeep who was very nice and helpful. The place is wonderful thank you for giving my family a memorable experience.

The place was located in a farm which was great and peaceful. The only issue was that we went in the summers and it got a little too humid during the day. The night was cooler because of the trees around. The place was so so clean, really appreciated.

I belong to Kumta the place where the property is. I stay always in Hotels and I was surprised to see a Airbnb listing in my town. Right from the point of booking Aftab was always friendly quick in communication and this was the always there around checkin and till checkout time. beautiful 1BHK home tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The last km is not paved road and complete offroad but well levelled. During heavy rains it may be a challenge here. If you are driving here even in a low sedan also you can reach comfortably. large compound with the vibes of the coast. nearest kumta Beach is 3 kms away. house was beautifully maintained by Aftab. clean kitchen and bathrooms. kitchen has a stove a refrigerator with drinking water and even some basic things required for cooking. with plates/vessels. But we generally carry our own stuff. Backed up with good inverter. If you are looking for a peaceful stay away from city take it up. Aftab went out of the way to help me.
