The apartment for 1-2 people is about 35 square meters and can be reached via a staircase. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and fridge-freezer combination also has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dish towels ready for you. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hair dryer and towels. The bed is 1.20 x 2.00 m wide, bed linen is included. A private terrace and free parking are available. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!
