Perfect studio for short-term rental. Absolutely gorgeous lawn, view of the inter-coastal and surroundings. Sunsets were breathtaking as usual. The barn felt very private despite the location being next to the marina and restaurant. Misty was very responsive and flexible. Would 100% recommend.

We had a great stay at the bungalow celebrating my son’s graduation. The access last to the beach was convenient, you could walk, ride a bike or drive and pay to park $15 for all day. We had a great time when we were recouping back at bungalow either chilling on the back patio or in the hot tub. Our family loves games and we were all able to sit the big kitchen table. The bungalow was nice and open between the living room, kitchen area but there was plenty of room for people to escape in other areas of the home. I also felt the decor was very inviting and beach vibes. We also brought my little Ella dog and she loved the fenced in back yard to room and explore. All in all we are family of 7 and we found it very comfortable. I would highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

Andrea was the quintessential host of an absolutely breathtaking oasis of a property. I visit every other week to see my daughter who lives here and hotels are not conducive for bonding with a 9year old. This weekend I was in town not just to visit but to be part of my daughter" dance recital along with the other dance dads! Andrea's property was a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The interiors boasted little visual treasures and staying 5 nights, my daughter and I found new things each time we came back from a day out. Thank you again Andrea and Jean for hosting us for a few nights with a perfect backdrop of Spanish moss and lovely folks below us creating another memory for future reminiscing!

Book it, you won’t regret it! We enjoyed staying at Travis and Emily’s place sooo much. They were kind and thoughtful and also very helpful as we had a few questions around safety precautions and they were very quick to respond. We enjoyed our week long stay at Archer's place! The home sits in a peaceful neighborhood and its proximity to the beach can't be beat. We loved using the heated pool which was supplied with ample kids toys. The kitchen worked well for prepping simple breakfast and lunches. There was noise from the upstairs tenants walking above so I'd consider the upper unit if sensitive to noise. It was a comfortable and relaxing place to call home for the week!

We had a wonderful time fishing on the lake and the home was spacious , peaceful, and very clean. We had a great time with lots of things to do very close to the home, with tybee beach only being 15 minutes from the home it was the perfect place to be at a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again !
