We highly recommend this Airbnb hosted by Keith! Cannot say one negative thing ! Keith was responsive within minutes, so helpful. Condo had EVERYTHING we could possibly need or want. Great location, so peaceful, close to beach. Would DEFINITELY stay again!

We enjoyed the Seaside Condo. So close to the beach and restaurants. The condo was clean and easily accessible.

Lovely, updated beach unit with great amenities and fantastic beach access. Unit is well furnished with very nice bathrooms and a balcony with a side view of the ocean. Top notch pool, hot tub, outdoor lawn with games, hammocks, etc. all right outside the unit. Beachside bar access was a plus. Easy walk to Coligny for dinner, grocery store, etc. (~.7mi). Host was super nice and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

My other and I went on a vacation in Hilton Head and stayed at Philips condo and everything was 5/5! Super clean, welcoming and warm host, the beach was easily accessible, shuttle cart to the beach and many more amenities! I will definitely come back to stay!

This is a great place to stay! The condo was very nice with a good layout. It was very clean and we appreciated that there were lots of nice, fluffy towels. It was the most well-equipped place we have stayed, with every appliance you would want. There was lots to do and the complex was well-maintained. The beach was beautiful and easy to access. Would 100% recommend!

The apartment is 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. It’s nice and clean, quiet at night. We really enjoyed our vacation at Hilton Head Island.

This stay was in the perfect place. Close enough to the beach to walk, and also access to other amenities on the grounds. A lot of places to go around the stay. Very comfortable in general.

Had a great time in Hilton Head staying in this Sea Crest unit. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Grady was very helpful and informative and communicated so well. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! The resort is very nice and has lots to do— beach, 3 pools, hot tub, restaurants, tennis courts, etc. The place itself was very clean and quiet. Even though we were in the building with the indoor pool, we couldn’t hear the noise from inside the apartment. Travis and Alitzel were very friendly and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed.

I absolutely loved staying in Hilton head, and staying at Adam and Jarrett’s condo made that the case! They made check-in very smooth and if we had question or problems occur they handled it immediately. They are very kind, understanding and very responsive! Their condo was very clean yet felt homey, which made the stay very enjoyable! I definitely recommend booking with them and I plan to soon book with them again! ☺️

We loved our stay here! The home is absolutely beautiful and very clean. It had everything we needed for our beach days, like beach carts, chairs, coolers, towels & toys. The location was perfect too. Easy to get to the beach and to shopping areas. We enjoyed everything about this house. Would highly recommend!

This place exceeded all expectations and the pool was actually much bigger than it seemed in the pictures. The location is perfect and just a short walk to the main area of the beach (and tiki bar). Private back yard pool area and home was ideal for a large group of people. Will definitely stay again!

A perfect little place for one person or a couple. My dog and I enjoyed the home. The location was great, and Hilton Head was so nice. We loved being right next to the leisure paths, close to the Forest Retreat, and close to the beach. The location was quiet and relaxing to stay in, yet convenient to so many things on the island. I'd love to come back and stay there again. Margot was a wonderful host. It was a nice break for us.

“Mimi’s Place” was a wonderful HHI location for our last trip before sending our 2 youngest kids off to college. We loved the old school HHI beach house character & charm with all the modern conveniences one could want. An especially sweet surprise touch was the gifts we found awaiting one of our girls celebrating her birthday the day after our arrival. Finally, we also really enjoyed the 2 hours of daily pickleball and the chance to bring our new dog, who loved his first beach trip. We can’t wait to return!
