Condo vacation rentals in Hillhead, Glasgow City

Julie was super responsive and even came downstairs to help me a clothes dryer mystery and later a very brief internet outage. When I booked in January I had many tourist related questions and she was really helpful. Her apartment is GORGEOUS, super clean, quiet, spacious, and very safe. The location is excellent and it was really close to get on the Hop On Hop Off bus stop (#13), and lots of delicious restaurants. Highly recommend Julie as a host and her apartment for a relaxing respite in the West End. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Glasgow.

One of the most unique Airbnb stays I’ve ever had, felt extremely luxurious. The beds were huge and super comfortable, and the bathrooms even seemed to have heated floors. We were able to visit specialty grocery markets in Glasgow and cook in the very expansive kitchen. The art décor was beautiful, and the TV room was incredibly cozy. To top it all off, the view of the park is remarkable, with a backdrop of the majestic buildings of Glasgow University. This is a prime location for Glasgow, many top attractions are within walking distance. On check-in day, the host sent a comprehensive list of the best restaurants and local attractions across all cuisine categories.

The hosts were flexible and friendly regarding our arrival time. The place was beautiful and clean, and had everything we needed. They even left us some dairy-free groceries, and gave us some restaurant recommendations for our 40th wedding anniversary dinner. Excellent experience!

The apartment is beautiful, and was perfect for our small group. Veronica could not have been more welcoming or hospitable, she looked after us wonderfully and we can’t wait to stay here again

Martin was a great host! We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of Prosecco and a box of delicious cookies upon our arrival! Martin graciously granted us a late checkout, too, which helped a lot with our schedule. The location of the flat was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this host and this flat to others!

Lovely flat in a quaint building with old world charm. Very close to museums and beautiful parks. Lots of restaurants if you want to go out. Quiet and relaxing if you want to stay in. Groceries and local small businesses are plenty in the neighbourhood. Easy to get to city centre as well as to Loch Lomond. Host was friendly and courteous.

Great stay in heart of west end in Glasgow. Close to art galleries which we were visiting. Good pubs, restaurants. Tesco metro across the square to pick up breakfast items. Comfortable flat which had everything we needed.

Perfect location, quiet and roomy. Parking was easy and we never needed the car again until we left. Loved the high ceilings, moldings and windows. A lovely neighborhood to stay in for our first visit to Glasgow.

Good location.

This is a perfect location for exploring Glasgow. The frequent 6A bus got us at or within short walking distance of everything we wanted to see. There are TWO supermarkets across the streets where we bought easy to prep meals. The unit is tucked away and quiet in a peaceful neighborhood. This would also be a great place to stay long term as it is a very comfortable space. Anne was very responsive and helpful I only regret that we didn't have more time to hang out with them.

Lewis is an exceptional host. The layout of the flat was great and the location was perfect for me.

Ronnie is friendly, responsive and provided check-in instructions which were clear and straightforward. easy to understand. The accommodation was easy to find, warm, very clean and peaceful. Far more spacious than the photographs! Beautiful outlook to gardens from the living room area.

Vinnie was responsive and friendly, and we appreciated the heads up about parking when the football is on :) His flat is modern, clean and well kitted out and having the garden for our wee one was a great bonus. Thank you and we will be back!

Lovely first floor flat. Small but perfect. We have3 dogs they liked it. Park opposite with loads of litter bins. The bed is large and very comfortable. The shower is very good. monsoon large head type.

Really great place. Very quiet and peaceful. The place was spotless on arrival, with basics (tea, coffee and cookery basics) provided. Plenty of towels. Comfortable beds. 15-20 walk to the very centre of town. Clear and very responsive communications with Sid!

Amy’s place was perfect for our stay, visiting family in nearby East Kilbride. It had everything we needed. Amy was such a pleasure to deal with and was so proactive in sending heating instructions when the weather turned a little colder. We would definitely recommend Amy’s place and will stay here again when returning to Scotland in the future.

Lovely neat and secure apartment within walking distance of all Glasgow has to offer. Accommodation is well set out with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Welcome pack of goodies, including tea, coffee and milk. Was met in person by Brian, which was fantastic as we arrived late due to train delays, and he showed us where everything was and gave clear advice on what to do We would certainly stay here again

We enjoyed our stay in this flat. Plenty of space to spread out and well located near restaurants and sightseeing. The videos provided on how to access and used appliances were incredibly helpful. I wish all owners would do the same. If we return to Glasgow I would stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends.

Lovely place within walking distance to a lot of things but also not right in the middle of the central city craziness. Greg provided detailed & easy to follow directions for getting to & into the unit.

We had a wonderful stay at Kayt & David’s place! It was absolutely spotless and so well stocked with anything and everything we could have needed for the weekend, including some really thoughtful touches like croissants, milk and the famous Tunnocks tea cakes! The views over the garden and hills were gorgeous. It was so easy to find and access when we arrived, parking was available right outside on the street and there is a cute pub with some great food right across the street. The bathroom and kitchen were in fantastic condition and supplied with everything we could have needed for a comfortable stay. There were lots of instructions around the place so we were never stuck working out what to do with appliances etc. We had a brilliant time and hope to return one day!

Terrific spot right in the midst of everything you could want to do in downtown Glasgow. Might take some travelers a little getting used to the "Scandi" design of the place, especially the hot water "boost" and shower controls, but perfect once you get the hang of things. Beautiful space and worked well for 5 of us. My favorite of 3 listings we stayed at over a 2 week holiday.

My wife and I stayed in this peaceful West End Glasgow flat for two weeks and felt right at home. It had bright, cheerful windows and everything we needed to live like a local. The location was within footsteps to grocery stores, Café William (which is fabulous) and the Brewhaus Pub, and within easy walking distance to trendy Byres Road, which is lined with charming cafes, unique shopping and local culture. Warrick was always very prompt responding to us, and the flat was absolutely spotless. We would definitely book again!
