Hello from the time out at the lake. We welcome you to our 66 sqm vacation apartment in Winterberg / Niedersfeld at the Hillebachsee. In the apartment you will find everything you need for a cozy vacation. The view from the balcony of the mountains , the surrounding countryside and the Hillebachsee are simply beautiful. Here you can start the morning comfortably. The two bedrooms are both equipped with box spring beds. Our kitchen is fully equipped. ( no dishwasher)

The apartment has 4 sleeping places (1 double bed, 1 sofa bed) and leaves nothing to be desired. We look forward to seeing you!

My stay at this place was truly unforgettable! Everything was perfect from start to finish, with no flaws. The space was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant, which made me feel totally comfortable and safe. Mechthild, the host, was extremely kind, warm and professional. Everything was prepared with care and responsibility, and she answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Communication with her was simple and pleasant. The location of the listing was also great, with easy access to sights and important places. In short, it was one of my best stays, and I won't hesitate to come back here in the future. If you are looking for a perfect place to stay, don't miss this address!

I had a very pleasant stay at Katharina's apartment in Niedersfeld. The place was clean, cozy and exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed comfortable and the surroundings quiet – ideal for a little break in the beautiful Sauerland. The location is perfect for hikes, trips to Lake Hillebachsee or to nearby Winterberg. Katharina was friendly, easily accessible and made check-in easy. Overall a great value for money. I can definitely recommend the apartment!

We immediately felt at home, the apartment is very cozy and super clean. We arrived with our toddler and everything we needed was simply available, from a crib, fall protection, high chair, etc. Marina was very nice and attentive. We wanted to visit the nearby bike parks from there and the location was perfect. Everything in about 15 minutes. Accessible. We definitely want to come back!

A really great experience! Very spacious apartment with everything you need (even if you don't use everything :o). Magnificent panoramic windows in the living room and bedroom with a great balcony in front. Great view of the mountains/hills and the water ski track on the Hillebachsee. A small issue on arrival was resolved immediately and completely satisfactorily. Great value for the money. Two comments: a) house entrance is several steps below street level = not barrier-free and b) you do not necessarily have to have a car depending on the activity, but it makes some things much easier.
