Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Hillcrest, San Diego

This was a small getaway for my family and I. It was around everything we planned on doing for the 2 days of our stay. The host is great, responsible, and informative. I will be booking here again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at Pete and Tess’s place. A very nice and quiet neighborhood with a very spacious living room and kitchen area. The pool and hot tub area was by far my favorite part of the house, a great place to lounge and hang out. Overall, I had a great stay here and would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here! The place had great access to places within walking distance and was perfect for our group of 5 girls. With all of the locks we felt very safe!

We had a lovely stay at James's place. It was comfortable and the neighborhood was walkable and close to where we needed to be. We didn't get to take advantage of the amenities in the backyard, but it looked wonderful!

Overall our stay was wonderful! The place was able to accommodate my group comfortably. Sahar is a great communicator and friendly! I would book with them again.

Great place to hang out and relax in the hills for a vacation in San Diego. Plenty of space, huge yard, kids loved the pool. Quiet secluded location but easy to drive anywhere from here. Thanks Aaron!

Fantastic place to stay with a large group, and a great location! Cheap lyfts to the gas lamp and airport. Right by Balboa Park and walkable to several wonderful restaurants. The apartments were very clean and had all amenities we'd need. The hosts were very organized. Highly recommended!

Great spot if you have a car to traffic to/from the beaches. Was comfortable for me, my husband, baby, and our au pair, and probably would be a good fit for two couples or a family of 4 (one room was bunks). Amenities were ample, beds were large and comfy, clean. Some good food spots within walking distances, namely The Fish Shop and Kono’s sister restaurant (yummy burritos). Vons, Trader Joe’s, CVS all within walking distance for those looking to cook from home. Thanks for hosting us!

Rami was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond for us and made us feel extremely welcomed. His place is in an excellent location, with most places in San Diego no more than a 20 minute drive away as well. We would highly recommend staying at his place!

I was so relaxed in this house that I definitely felt like home. the hospitality of the host were one of a kind. I had my 8-year-old son, he was able to play with the kids. the location was fabulous. I can't say enough good things about this trip. I can't wait to go back!

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. We had a great stay-well worth it! The home is beautiful, with excellent amenities for the whole family. The adults, kids, and even our dog loved it. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and made the stay even more relaxing. It was a wonderful experience overall. While it's a bit of a drive to get back into town, the privacy and peaceful setting more than make up for it. The house has everything you need-so much you won't even want to leave. We simply felt at home! Beautiful property with many amenities! Pool, hot tubs, pool table, bbq and bidets. Great touches all around, kitchen had many extras like small appliances and big pantry area. Beds were very comfortable with clean & fresh bedding! Many TVs and great WiFi all around the house. My family enjoyed the entire weekend and we would definitely stay again! Many thanks
