Super nice granny apartment in our owner-occupied single-family house (year of construction 2015). Ideal for business trips or as a starting point for tours into the nature of the Black Forest. Good connection to the greater Stuttgart area with airport - only about 30 minutes away. A large covered wooden terrace with lawn surrounds the entire apartment and helps you relax. The underfloor heating and a ventilation system ensure well-being. Fast Wi-Fi (100 Mbit DSL) and a large TV complete the package.

Located on the edge of the "Schönbuch Nature Park". It is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, dining, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via ladders and require surefootedness. Mattress sizes: 2x90/200 and 2x90/195 New type of house with a high level of energy independence. Our small, approx. 30 sqm granny apartment consists of one and a half rooms with living and dining area, separate bedroom and small bathroom. It is located within walking distance of the train station, but you can get to the beautiful fields even faster. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our terrace in front of the house can also be used. The place is probably best suited for an individual, but two people who like each other will also find space here :)

Lovingly renovated old apartment. The skylights let in a lot of light and the decor is bright and colorful. You can work well at the desk. You can relax in the cozy armchair. The dresser has storage space for your belongings. Upon request, a children's bed (Hauck travel cot 120 cm long) is waiting for you. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The apartment has sloping walls on 2 sides. This makes it cozy, but perhaps too low for very tall guests.

My place is located on the outskirts of Herrenberg, a very nice historic half-timbered town. The town center is a 15-minute walk away, and a bus stop is practically at your doorstep. Herrenberg has very good connections to Stuttgart and Tübingen. A nature park with a variety of leisure activities begins right near the property. My place is very suitable for couples or families with kids, but solo travelers are also welcome.

I was in Böblingen for several days for work. The location, amenities, and price of the accommodation were unbeatable for me. Communication with Sonja went smoothly. The beautiful bathroom is very noteworthy. We would come back anytime.

Listing looks just like photos, everything is in working order and neat/tidy. John was there on arrival to show you through the stay and answer any questions. Has everything you need ranging from large high quality TV, through to wireless chargers, lamps, study desk, and furnished kitchen. Nice and quiet location. It’s a 15 minute walk into town but otherwise good spot. Good dedicated washer and dryer.

Charming getaway with large terrace

Nol is a great host who is very friendly and responsive. I received quick responses and help with what I needed. The area around the property is quiet. The interior is clean, spacious, and modern, and the parking lot is conveniently located right next to the property (about 10 steps from the parking lot to the living room entrance). Most of all, it was very nice to be able to use the washing machine. It was fully equipped for accommodation, and the thoughtful furniture arrangement made me feel at home. There's a promenade, so it's good for a walk, and the field is art when the sun sets. It's a low one-story house, so it's bright on a clear day, but it's dark on a cloudy day. But the back is bright, so there is no problem with indoor life..Thanks to Nol's accommodation, I had a great time with my family for a week. If you want a clean and comfortable place, I recommend Nol's accommodation.

We had a great short Pentecost vacation at Karina and Bernd's alpaca farm. The two are super nice and very eager to make their guests' stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment was spotless and we lacked nothing – we felt completely comfortable. Communication before and during the stay was always friendly and straightforward. Karina and Bernd were always available for questions and had great tips for excursions and activities in the surrounding area. A highlight: the three alpacas. Actually, only better weather was missing to enjoy the beautiful roof terrace. Thank you for the wonderful time – we will be happy to come back.
