We really enjoyed our stay here! Having the pool was fantastic and the house was bigger than I anticipated when I booked. What a little oasis. Appreciated the parking at the house and the side street parking. Loved the quick access to other shore towns. A great find overall.

We had a lovely stay near family at this upscale home with terrific amenities. Mike was communicative and the amenities top notch — something for everyone in our family to relax and enjoy plus plenty of space in the well-appointed house. Quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from the shore, and the pool made for great family time as well.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. We - nine of us - very much enjoyed our stay at this house for a Thanksgiving getaway. The five bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our needs - and the living room was very comfortable and the kitchen well outfitted. As it was late fall, we didn't use the pool (closed for season) and didn't get to the hot tub (available, but we didn't find the time). Parking was easy and the garage had more gym equipment (weights, treadmill, rower, etc.) than a few hotel gyms that I've come across. Patricia was very communicative, and the house is a short drive to more than one beach, very close to Asbury Park, and near a number of decent restaurants. Together, it made for a very nice stay!

Stayed here with a few friends for a couple days. Great host, great place. Highly recommend!

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

We had an amazing bachelorette weekend at Yelitza's place! There was plenty of room for all 10 of us, and the amenities, especially the pool, were fantastic and matched the description perfectly. The location was ideal, so close to the beach with plenty of stores within walking distance, or a quick drive. Yelitza was very responsive; I only had to reach out a couple of times with questions, and she responded right away with helpful solutions. We would definitely stay here again!

So glad we stayed at John's beachfront home. We wanted a way to escape the noise and chaos of a large city and this was the perfect fit. Granted the commute is longer, but we couldn't get enough of the amazing ferry ride from Rockaway to Manhattan/Wall Street. Such a great way to explore NYC.

Gururaj was an excellent host. Communicated quickly and efficiently. We are from the area and had to find somewhere to stay last minute as we were getting work done to our home and it was not safe for us to be there. Gururaj was more than accommodating and super friendly.

Kitty’s place was a perfect, clean and well located spot for my stay. Off-street parking is a nice plus!

Renae and Ted were LOVELY and so easy to work with! i am so grateful for their kindness and all that they did to help make my family vacation so incredible!!

We had a wonderful stay in Spring Lake. The house was in a great location, close to the beach and to town. The house was clean and well equipped!

Robert’s place was incredible! Beautiful interior with stunning art and decor… plus super clean and updated. Everything from the comfortable beds to the bikes and beach chairs made our stay perfect. Robert was super responsive to all of our questions, even when we accidentally forgot the bike lock code and had to reach out for a quick reply! The location is so perfect - conveniently close to everything in Asbury park. Hope to come back and stay here again!

extremely clean in all areas- high quality linens and towels generous with supplies such as soaps and shower needs. kitchen was well stocked and surprised to find coffee and filters- nice to come into such a clean and neat place

I haven’t used Airbnb a whole lot but Tom was a fantastic host. Very responsive and the house was great, a very cozy beach house. Plenty of food around the area, 2 minute walk to the beach and very spacious. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great family stay at this bnb.. our big family travelled from several different countries for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Feels like home, had all the amnesties that such a big family would need. Very very spacious. And the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quite, yet two streets away on a walkable distance you find great Resturant with all kind of cuisines including Italian (quite a few), sushi, shawarma, ice cream shops and Francine. Train station is a walkable distance. Costco and lidl was also in a short drivable distance.

Beautiful home, amply equipped. Lovely, large back yard perfect for outdoor together time in warmer weather. This was the perfect home base for our family & only a 2 minute drive from my son's place! Spacious & cozily comfortable at the same time. We had no water for about a day, but that was the whole block. Nothing anyone could do about that, except for the city, who worked to get that service restored. So fun to see the host's own original artwork decorating walls here & there!

The house looked exactly as it did in the pictures. It was perfect for my family. The bedrooms were perfect and clean. The location was great as it was so close to the beach. And finally, the host was lovely and accommodating.

I really appreciated their prompt responses and kindness toward our many questions.
