Beautiful property and amazing location!

The apartment was perfect for our short getaway to Brevard. We were comfortable and had everything we needed. Such a great location. We walked everywhere!

Location is amazing and parking was pretty easy! small walk to get the room. place was clean and nice.

James and Netty were so kind during our stay. They live near by and gave us space, while still offering help when we needed it. It was a quiet place to sleep and relax before my sister's wedding. We were thankful to have this stay. Thank you James and Netty!

If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in a peaceful location close to downtown Franklin, look no further! Up a quaint, winding road, nestled in the trees is a wonderful two bedroom ground level apartment waiting just for you. Once you arrive you will be warmly greeted by your hosts Dave, Barb & Beans who are always available but never intrusive. Their view is wonderful! The property exactly as described. You Can’t ask for more! And I can’t wait to go back!

Belinda and Ben were great host! The home met our needs as we were waiting to close on our home. The space worked well for my husband who was working remotely and also for the visiting grand kids. The home is simple bbut had everything we needed.

The owners were very proactive and helpful!. Our stay was about a week after a hurricane and major flooding in the area and I really appreciated that they reached out proactively to let us know that the property was accessible and had power. We were staying for a wedding but the hosts had great suggestions for things to do in the area. The amenities were perfect for our needs and there were plenty of clean towels! Overall had a wonderful stay and would recommend for anyone who wants affordable accommodations for the area 😊

Great location - a very short walk to the lakeside trail. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Alice and Philip were very responsive.

The space was bigger than we expected and works out really well for our needs. The host was very responsive and helpful. There is a 3 ring binder with all the info about the area.

Kathy is an amazing host, and the accommodations are exactly like the photos. We enjoyed our stay so much we requested to extend another night! Very welcoming peaceful surroundings. Gorgeous stone FP and kitchen backsplash. Decorated beautifully. The bed was very comfortable, and the bath towels were excellent. We had everything we needed. Our dog was welcomed with treats and a dog toy. We would recommend this property to anyone wishing to be close to Brevard and the surrounding areas. We will stay again when in the neighborhood. This is a great spot for a family of four. The beds were comfortable. The space was big enough to spread out a little bit. The view from the deck is great as well. If you don't mind being 30 minutes away, this is a great place to stay while visiting Asheville. It's about an hour from Looking Glass Falls too. It's also a beautiful drive to the Tail of the Dragon from here. If you're coming from Raleigh this makes for a much shorter drive home after spending a day driving near the Dragon.

Have been vacationing in Western North Carolina for about 30 years. The Sunset Cottage is one of the most enjoyable places that I have been to. It’s in a beautiful setting, off the beaten path, and you can get to everything conveniently from there. I would like to stay there again!

This was a great space for a little getaway! The place was very cute and retro themed and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were a huge plus since we came from a backpacking trip. This was a great location as well, 6 minutes to waynesville and 10mins from downtown waynesville. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops minutes away. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. We had issues with the bathroom lights not working on the second day but when we asked Blake about it he was there within minutes and had it fixed within the half hour! We enjoyed our stay and would book again if we are in the area again.

We had a great stay at our Stonewood Cabin! It was in a great location if you’re looking to be able to just walk to town. Everything was very clean and looked just like the photos and the beds were super comfortable (we all had a great sleep). We also loved being right in town and across from The Rice Wagon food truck! Highly recommended stay!

Perfect for a quick overnight stay and had everything we needed. Loved how quiet and private it was as well as being in a safe neighborhood. Furthermore it’s only 18 minutes to Oconee State park, 3 minutes from downtown Walhalla, and 5 minutes from the grocery store. Excellent location! Thank you Michelle for letting us stay!

Honestly, this is the nicest rental we have stayed in ever. The bathroom is absolutely gorgeous, the kitchen is well suited for a quick stay, the bed and pillows are FANTASTIC...honestly we will be returning.

Sunset and Chica were amazing hosts! They were friendly, informative, and extremely helpful as we were hiking the AT. Laundry facilities, loaner clothes, and shuttles into town were available. The shower was incredible. Can not overstate the hospitality shown to us. Highly recommend!

Holly was extremely responsive and helpful. The cottage was much cuter and cozier than the photos depict. It was very quiet and tucked away in the beautiful NC mountains. The parking spot is a little short, but our minivan did fit. The road to the cottage is dirt and could be a little challenging for a small low riding vehicle. We did not have problems. We love the country so we took these things in stride. She had many small additions that made arrival and the stay special like caramels, tea, and coffee choices. You could tell by these additions and her exemplary communication that she wanted our stay top notch! We would highly recommend this cottage.

Jaime and Cris’s home was beautiful and we had a lovely stay. It was super close to town and easy to get in and out. The place was so adorable and the bathtub is amazing! Cris was very responsive and sent us a list of recommendations for the area.
