We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oak Tree Cottage – many thanks – it was spotlessly clean and we were very comfortable. Your courtyard garden is very attractive – and the donkeys in the neighbouring field proved to be an interesting attraction for our young grandson.

A wonderful stay in a special place - perfect for a family or friends exploring the area on foot or bike. Lots of space to relax at the property, inside and out. Particularly appreciated Benjamin’s friendly and responsive approach, and flexibility on check out time for a small extra fee.

We hired this for a few days with family to celebrate my nans 70th birthday. Absolutely beautiful house and gardens and the facilities are amazing. We live locally so knew about the area but loved having a swimming pool, tennis courts and snooker table for all of us to enjoy. The lounge was bigger than we thought and comfortably sat all of us. We also received a helpful guide a few days before our stay which gave us all the information we needed. Overall a really lovely stay, thank you!

as a family we had a wonderfull 2 nights at the beach house we walked in and was instantly happy with how lovely the house was and the space it felt like home away from home even the little details like the notes around the house and the bottle of proseco

Stayed at Conker Lodge for 4 nights with my partner and 7 year old son. It was a great base for exploring Bournemouth and surrounding areas. The house has everything you could possibly need. Lovely decor. Welcome note and a fresh cake provided for our arrival. Milk and some useful condiments were also available. Good quality towels and bed linen. Very comfy bed. Modern bathroom downstairs. Games available for my son. The house is advertised as pet friendly and we could smell dogs each time we entered the house. But would definitely recommend. We paid an excellent price for great quality accommodation. Thank you

We stayed as a group of six for three nights (May 22–25) and had a wonderful experience. Charlie and Ali were amazing friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property was perfectly located, allowing us to enjoy peaceful walks in the surrounding area, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had all the facilities we needed. They provided clear, helpful information about how to use everything, which made settling in very easy. Communication was excellent they responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic stay. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to return in the future!

If cottages could win awards, this one would be Best in Show (and that’s not just the dog talking). We had a fantastic weekend getaway in this beautiful little gem — think charming country vibes meets spotless interiors. The location was spot-on: peaceful enough to unwind, but close enough to places worth exploring. The garden was a particular highlight — our dog gave it a five-paw rating and probably thinks we bought the place. The hosts were lovely, helpful, and full of great local tips. In short: beautiful place, brilliant hosts, and a four-legged paradise. Highly recommend — and we’ll definitely be back!

Great place to stay, very clean & tidy with everything we needed. Bread, milk, eggs, tea & coffee all provided and jams/butter in fridge. Nice to have small private outside space. Lovely surroundings on well maintained site with plenty of activities for all ages. Would definitely recommend and would return. Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

Stayed here for my 50th birthday for a girly weekend away. Beautiful little cottage with beautiful gardens surrounding the property. 5 star hosts. Very friendly and very informative. Obvious how much they love what they do. We had great fun in the games room. And the hot tub was a lovely treat and a well needed relaxation after we walked into Burley village and back. The food hamper was amazing with everything we needed or could want. Local supermarket not far away either. Lovely gift 🎁 from the hosts on arrival a bottle of wine and box of choccies. Yummy. Thank you very much. And finally getting to cuddle a 9 week old Bengal kitten who belonged to our hosts has to be the highlight of our weekend. He was beautiful and we nicknamed him Burley. Wish I could have taken him home. Highly recommend this beautiful little cottage and its amazing hosts. Thank you ladies I had an awesome 50th birthday 🎈 xxx

Really nice place to stay and recharge batteries. great interior, comfy mattresses and cosy bedding. Woods just outside the window and good size pool. Host always responded within minutes. For music fans -great sound system and large TV. Close to dog friendly beach, shops and city centre. We highly recommend this place!

amazing few days at the holiday park weather ok sat on veranda in the sun at what a sun trap it is. holiday home spotless in a lovely quiet part of the park near the gate to the beach 15 min walk. We cooked and everything was there we needed to make a decent meal, the restaurant on the site did takeaway service very good.Great nights sleep on comfortable beds, both bathrooms were fantastic size, plenty of storage, kitchen fitted out brilliantly everything there you need. Will definitely be coming back.

thankyou to our host Sibylle for being so attentive friendly always on hand to advise and assist ,gave us loads of information on walks surroundings , wood burner Hot tub ready when we requested ,stunning setting and access to forest at the bottom of the driveway ,so peaceful and you just didn't want to leave ,everything you thought you'd forgot to bring was available all in a wonderful relaxing stay thankyou

The cabin at Cliff Cottage is a wonderful little retreat. Probably the highlight for us was the nature on the doorstep- we saw a number of red squirrels, woodpeckers, even a pheasant and its babies on our doorstep. The cabin was fantastic and the swimming pool was really fun. We'd definitely come back!

We had a fabulous stay. Very straightforward self check-in and Adam was very easy to communicate with. We were very grateful for all the extras (milk, eggs, butter, bread and more!). The apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Thank you!

Ian's place is in a great location - the beach is 5 mins walk at the end of the road. The Paddle cafe (1 min walk) is perfect for a morning coffee or brunch, and very friendly. You are on the doorstep of the New Forrest, and can access some great beaches within 5-10 mins drive too. The space was great for our family - nice big living room and well-sized, clean rooms too. Ian was very responsive too.

We stayed 2 nights, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The welcome brownies were yummy and the milk in the fridge was a life saver as we forgot to bring any! Looking to stay next year as we go to Dogstival and it was an easy drive to Burley. Lymington is a lovely dog friendly town with great cafes and pubs. Milford on Sea is good for a long walk along the beach with a view of the Isle of Wight and the Needles

A truly special place. The pictures actually don’t do justice to how spacious it is, and how immaculate and well thought out it is, and the Wind in the Willows theme works perfectly in the peaceful surroundings of the riverbank. It’s a really calming and cosy place, and sitting eating breakfast by the riverbank was a joy. The spa bathroom is an extra treat on top. Chris and Judy were extremely proactive and we arrived fully informed with local recommendations and everything was easy to check in and out. We met Judy on the second day who very kindly greeted us and gave us more tips on things to do nearby. We hope one day to return!

Very close to the sea, lots of space, excellent communication from Chris. This annex is bigger than the photos show, we stayed here with our two year old and three month old and there was plenty of space for two cots in the bedroom with lots more space to spare. Chris kindly leant us a travel cot, checked in on us and his partner even gave us some pancakes for our toddler for breakfast when she had made too many. Would definitely recommend, very close drive to new Milton, Lymington, highcliffe (lovely sandy beach) and Christchurch to name a few places.

From start to finish the booking process was easy with quick reponse times. The cottage was adorable, very clean with plenty of utensils. We didnt find the freezer until we checked out as it was in the shed! There was a bottle of wine and a personalised card on the table upon arrival which was very thoughtful. There was an issue with the lock on the front door but it was resolved quickly and easily. Location was great, secluded but only a few minutes walk to the town and beach. Will book again for next year if they will have us!!

The house was spotless and Kateryna had made a big effort to address all our requirements ( and the dog's )

We (two adults) stayed two nights for a friend’s wedding. The space was lovely and there was plenty of room. Although we only really used the space as a base the large living room could be easily used to host friends and there is a well equipped kitchen. Close by are restaurants, bars and a small shop. With a lovely view of the sea from just outside the front door and a walk down to the beach just around the corner this is a perfect place as a base for a weekend in the area.
