Fabulous Stay. Lovely quirky cottage, lots of original features but with all the mod cons! The patio and garden was a real bonus and has full sun all day. The location is perfect, we hired a car but the cottage is super close to the train station, and local bus services for exploring Warwickshire. There are canal walks at the end of the road (20 minute walk to the Greyhound Inn at Sutton Stop) perfect for watching the canal boats and river cruisers. David is extremely responsive to messages and all instructions for location and access were spot on! Why book a hotel room when you can have your own space in this lovely cottage - Book with confidence!

perfect location for my stay, ultra quiet, perfect night's sleep, safe and secure. I was made to feel very welcome and would 100% recommend and stay here again when in the area, A perfect place if you want a good sleep in a great location that's competitively priced..... so you can avoid the over priced hotel chains!

I enjoyed my recent and second stay at The Garden Cottage. I can highly recommend this property as it is very clean and tidy and has all you would need for a short stay. It is also close enough to Hinckley town centre to explore and also close to the countryside too. The hosts are also very responsive too.
