The most amazing weekend in the most beautiful house! We loved every second of our weekend. So much to do including the swimming pool, games room, tennis courts and lovely walks. Spotlessly clean throughout. We can't recommend this house enough. Stunning property. Anne was so lovely and let us arrive a little earlier to put food in the fridge on a very hot day. She also extended our checkout time which gave us extra time in the lovely grounds. We are already planning a return trip. Thank you Anne. Wonderful weekend.

Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

We spent Christmas at Salix House and we were 11 pax in the party. Charlotte is an amazing hostess and her property is absolutely fabulous! The house is very well equipped and there’s so much to do: ping pong table, football, books and bars games. We had a fantastic time there and we would love to book to go in the summer! We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

Our stay was exceptionally great. The train station is close which made our movements easy. The place was very clean. There was easy access to food and groceries. Chioma was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time and leave just as easy. Overall the experience was great and I highly recommend.

booked with miranda for a couple of nights and she couldn't have been a better host.. very helpful and responded to right awa to any queries I had.. the house and garden were both beautiful and the whole stay was very enjoyable.. would definaltet recommend 👌.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the views are stunning, the master bedroom was very comfortable and the hot tub was brilliant! The lodge had everything we needed and Gogos restaurant is phenomenal right on the doorstep 🙂 just ensure you mention the lodge no so your discount comes off the bill because we didn’t, and booking is essential at weekends for breakfast or dinner, it gets very busy.

Alison was a wonderful host, there to greet us and she had already given us recommendations for the area. She showed us around her house explaining where everything is. The house book has all the instructions in it. The photos of the house do not do it justice, the house is so well designed with superb views. Wildlife watching from the terrace is a must! Every amenity has been thought of and we did not want to leave the house. However on venturing out there are plenty of walks from the house, or Marlow and Bray are not too far away with all of their famous restaurants. An exceptional location with Clivedon not too far away. We will be back, we had a wonderful time and cannot recommend Alison’s house highly enough.

the living space was excellently decorated as we're the bedrooms. the kitchen had all the amenities you could think of. it was a lovely home would 100% stay again.

A great stay. The property was spotless and well equipped and just a few minutes walk to the local shops and marina, it made an excellent base for commuting to High Wycombe for a sporting event. Communication was great from the start, with easy directions.

This property was an absolute godsend when we had to move out of our house for repairs. It had everything needed for an extended stay, incl a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer which made living out of a suitcase so much easier. It's clear a lot of thought and attention went into the design of the house. It's light, airy and well decorated, although showing some signs of gentle wear and tear now, expected as its a home, not a 5* hotel. Peter was an attentive host. When we moved in, a neighbours fence panel had come down, and we were reluctant to let our dog into the back garden without supervision. Within 24 hours, someone has come round and put up a temporary barrier, and our dog spent a happy month sunbathing in the back garden, whilst we enjoyed BBQs on the patio. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home. Thank you Peter.

Our stay at the Oak Barn at Hedsor was wonderful. The lodging itself is beautiful with large bedrooms and a huge sitting and dining area upstairs beneath the large oak beams. The location worked well as it allowed us to explore the Thames Valley and make two day trips into London. The estate property is beautiful, so do walk and note the different trees and plantings. We highly recommend this property and the people who live and work there.

We had a great 4 Nights at the Folly’s. Such a lovely place to stay, we travelled down the west side of London with ease, visited Windsor & Henley on Thames. The kitchen is stunning with views of the garden!! Wait until you see the utility room, when you find it !!! My favourite place!! Bedrooms and showers were great, upstairs has a lovely view when you wake up in the morning. Parking outside the property for a couple of large cars. Would definitely recommend saying at Andrea’s property.

The house was perfect for a reunion of old friends. The rooms are all beautiful and spotlessly clean, kitchen well appointed and living room very comfortable. We were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy eating in the garden. If anything the pictures don’t do the house justice. Great location right next to The Yew Tree pub where we had a delicious dinner. We also enjoyed one of the recommended local walks and had lunch at the wonderful Chequers. Perfect weekend!

From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. Folley’s Barn is spacious and very comfortable. A large living and kitchen area with plenty of seating. The hamper was a lovely addition and went down well! We enjoyed a relaxing 3 night stay and would recommend the barn as a base for exploring the surrounding area. We visited Cliveden, Marlow and Henley on Thames. We also enjoyed a meal at the Lions in Bledlow and a takeaway from the Cinnamon Longe.

Our stay in Henley-on-Thames was made extra special by staying at Peter’s home. We had a beautiful, clean, organized home to retreat to after a day of visiting and playing tourist! It had everything we needed and more! The back patio was a wonderful relaxing space to wind down in. Walking to anything was manageable, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping in general and especially for us really close to friends we were visiting. What always makes things go smoothly is the host and Peter was great! When we come back to visit our friends we would definitely stay at Peter’s home again!

Jane and her husband what lovely, attentive and responsive hosts who made us feel welcome and at home for the weekend. The property is beautifully decorated and felt so cosy, there is ample parking, and - there's chickens! We even received some homegrown eggs as a leaving gift. Highly recommend!

It’s hard to know where to start singing the praises of Leticia’s Daffodil Cottage. We are on to our next location, and we all miss this gorgeous, ancient cottage and its *magnificent* gardens. The cottage was comfy and well-appointed inside, with plenty of room for our family group of 7. We were all so sad to leave! The children (ages 7, 2 and 12 months) spent a lot of time exploring the gardens, and my son and I added 45+ new species to our Seek app. So much time, effort and pride have obviously been poured into this paradise, inside and out. My friends back in the States were blown away by the pictures I posted and shared. We loved going into nearby Wendover to purchase food and eat at Shoulder of Mutton. And don’t miss Rumsey’s Chocolaterie. Sumptuous desserts, and affogato was divine. We also spent a lot of time piled onto the big bed in the downstairs bedroom, especially during the rain. So many wonderful family memories were made. A big thank you to Leticia and her team.

Was such a beautiful home for a lovely weekend with my girls very clean and comfy and the little touches was adorable especially the welcome treat and the flip flops for hut tub. Easy to communicate with and just a lovely and cosy home. Would highly recommend this place 👌

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and exceeded expectations. It is decorated to a high standard. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed. The beds are both a good size and beds very comfortable. We all slept well. Some people have commented on noise from the road, yes you can hear the traffic but it did not bother us through the night. The garden is enclosed and perfect for eating out in. If you don't want to cook a meal I would recommend the three Crowns just a 5 minute walk up the road. There is also an Indian restaurant a 4 minute walk away. The hosts were very responsive to messages. I would definitely recommend this cottage.

This home was lovely to stay in, very comfortable and everything I needed. Walking distance to town center, with lots of choices for food and shopping. On street parking, as advertised. Wasn't able to park directly outside house but very close. Would recommend.
