The night we arrived was colder than I had imagined, but when I asked, they immediately gave me a blanket. The host politely explained the area around the inn and the equipment, so I had a comfortable stay.There are all kinds of kitchen utensils, so you can make anything!The station, supermarket, and drug store were also nearby, and I was able to walk to my destination, Kashihara Shrine, and had a relaxing time. In addition, we had a complicated consultation about receiving luggage separately from baggage and storing luggage on the way back, but it was very helpful that you responded immediately and cooperated. We would like to stay there again when we go near Kashihara Shrine.

incredible experience! the whole house with the garden was our. Inside it is just beautiful and a lot of attention to detail, antique furniture and interior items. also lots of games for a nice evening. we played "go" for the first time, highly recommend!

It was a very nice old house that felt nostalgic, like the game "Boku no Natsukyuu" that was popular in the past! There is a veranda, a BBQ in the garden, and a spacious living room. It was a very relaxing place to stay for a Japanese person, and my mind was reset. There are all the appliances and kitchen utensils, and the bedroom on the 2nd floor is also clean. Personally, I would have been very happy if the bathroom had a bathtub, but the room was so nice that I didn't mind. (Because it was sweaty in June and the surrounding hot spring facilities closed at 18: 00) Three things to keep in mind for those who are reading this review. ① You cannot drive directly to the front entrance. The parking lot is far away, so you can't park next to it. ② You will need to walk a little from the parking lot to the inn, and you will need to go up the hill, so if you have a lot of luggage, you will need to divide it into multiple trips. ③ The stairs to the 2nd floor have a steep angle with high steps, which is unique to old private houses, so please be careful if you have weak legs. I would like to visit again the next time I go to Yoshino.

Chie-san is a great host; her place is tidy and arranged with much detail and love. It's not a modern place, still there is a beautifully refurbished bathroom with a bathtub (which can Heat the water up itself!) and a superb hime cinema. In addition, Chie-san has prepared a very detailed manual of all amenities, and if there are still questions she will answer soon per mail. We loved our stay and were a bit sad we just had booked 3 nights!
