Great location close to town and very walkable. We had a great stay and felt right at home. The kitchen is well stocked to create a delicious meal. The furniture is super comfy and all of the mattresses were comfortable. No complaints. Highly recommend staying here.

It was an amazing experience! The location for this camper is perfect. Stunning and peaceful view of the lakes with beautiful sunsets. On the other side is a quiet forest. There are all the necessary things for life: kayaks, a fireplace with firewood and a great kitchen with a grill outside. Wonderful, very friendly and helpful hosts and unforgettable nature of Northern Michigan is very close. We had a great time!

Our family had a wonderful stay. We had everything we needed. The house is spread out so everyone had their own space. My husband and I shared the master, my adult son and family had their own apartment basically ( in the tower), teenage boys had the “bunker”, and although my parents couldn’t make it, they would have had their own wing as well. Beautiful surroundings, private… we couldn’t have asked for more on our long weekend away bonding with family.

October 19-22, 2024. We loved staying at your beautiful, clean and comfy cottage! It was the perfect landing spot for our amazing Pictured Rocks Cruise, checking in a bit early to get to the cruise on time was perfect! We enjoyed bopping around the waterfalls and 12 mile beach. Escanaba Escape was the perfect place for our family during our stay. Danielle was extremely responsive and helpful. She even went out and purchased an iron and ironing board the day I arrived due to us needing one. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This home is right in the heart of Marquette. Any destination in the downtown Marquette area is just a few minute walk away. Our favorite spot is Ore Dock, right across the street. The home was very clean and well kept. The kitchen is well stocked and ready for cooking. All the sheets and blankets were clean and well kept. The in window A/C unit can let in some noise from outside, but it's not a big deal. Overall we absolutely love this place and are looking forward to another visit!

This tiny oasis tucked in a quiet area on Big Manistique Lake was the perfect location for our yearly February snowmobile trip. We normally travel all the way north to Houghton/Hancock, but decided to stay farther south in the UP for a change and were so glad we stayed here! The house is perfect for up to 6 people, clean, and in a great location for riders. Not only was the place immaculate, but Ron was an extremely responsive host. You can tell he takes great care of his rentals and cares about his guests. We looked to book for summer but see it’s already booked most of it, but we aren’t the least surprised. We will be back!

Perfect stay! It’s exactly as described! It had more room inside than we expected even. Everything on the grounds was cleaner than expected and they were in the process of updating/adding to the grounds it appeared. Check in was smooth and easy. We loved the stay!! It was within 20 minutes of the things we were there to do. Two night stay with 5, 7, and 9 yo kids who just loved it as well. The bathrooms were clean! Definitely pack bug spray, saw some of the biggest mosquitos! We also saw chipmunks and turkeys from the porch.

This charming cabin in Gwinn was the perfect spot for our fall getaway! The location was super convenient, allowing us to easily explore nearby Marquette while still enjoying the peace and quiet of the lakeside. Waking up to the stunning lake view each morning was a highlight, and the beautiful fall colors surrounding the area made the experience even more magical. The cabin had everything we needed to feel right at home, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the season!

The home met our groups expectations. We have been deer hunting in the Bark River area for over 30 years and had an unexpected issue arise late in the summer where our normal camp lodging was not able to be utilized this year, so we explored other options and made a great choice. Shelly's home was located close to the property we hunt, so it was great as far as location and provided our group of 6 the room and amenities we needed. No issues with the communication, check-in, having what we needed, etc., so overall we were very happy with the accommodations.

We love Marquette and all it has to offer. This last trip was no exception and Kalyn’s house was absolutely perfect for a long weekend spent snow biking with friends. The house is cozy, clean and the location is convenient. Having access to the garage was a huge benefit with bikes and a snow storm. Firing up the barrel sauna after a long day out playing in the snow made the weekend all the more relaxing. It honestly felt like a home away from home. Kalyn was a very responsive host, answered all questions promptly and check in was easy. We hope to use her space again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the UP.

This was probably the best place we have stayed in for years. Clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Big yard right on the water. Kayaks, bikes, fishing poles, and a great deck. That is just some of the outdoor fun. We really enjoyed our stay and Dawn and Brian were AMAZING hosts.

Stephen's home matched the photos and description perfectly - bright, clean, well appointed and located on a fairly quiet residential street within a short walk of Lake Superior! Comfortable bed, fluffy towels, hangers in the closets, good internet and a variety of kitchen tools - I would definitely stay again. Surprised to return from a hike to find the sidewalk and driveway already shoveled after only 3" or so of springtime snow. Side note: While there's plenty of good cross country skiing around Marquette, the spring snowmelt led me to check out the Valley Spur trails near Munising. The Friends of Valley Spur organization is keeping their trails groomed into later March. (more snow there) Nice network with a mix of easy to difficult loops

WE thoroughly enjoyed our time at Karen's Airbnb! It was nestled into the woods on top of a hill overlooking a valley of trees and water. The location was perfect - providing a short drive into Marquette and surrounding dinning options. It also was convenient to some of the Upper Peninsula's must sees (Copper Harbor, Sugar Loaf, Munising and much much more. The accommodations were great, all the amenities and comforts away from home. I would highly recommend!

Natalie's place was as described and matched the photos. They were beyond accommodating when it came to a weather related flight change that kept us on the Island an extra night. We visited in the off season for Beaver Island so we were unsure what to expect but the experience was excellent and if your visiting during the height of the summer you able to walk from anywhere.

Our 2 boys go to Michigan Tech and Northern Michigan University. Connor's house was the perfect place to have the family get together for Easter weekend. We got a good deal on a last minute reservation, and everything fell into place nicely. Connor's house was clean and comfortable with a great supply of all the basics that we would need. Thank you for hosting us, so we could enjoy some games, supercross on tv, an Easter dinner, and a local church service for Easter!
