I had read the other reviews and knew that the space was above a bar and grill. We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night. The noise from the bar was audible, but not loud, and did not interfere with our sleep. I think closing time was midnight. The smell of cooking food also did not bother us. But if you were on a diet, it might make you hungry! I cannot say enough about how roomy and spacious it was. There were three of us in town for a funeral and it was wonderful for us to have private space, and also to be able to gather in the living room with a few cousins and have time together. The space was beautiful and inviting. I enjoyed the luxurious towels and the suspended bed. If you’re prone to seasickness, you might want to take the other room, but I enjoyed it.

The apartment was located in a quiet suburb within walking distance to downtown and the museums. It was truly perfectly located! It was the perfect size for a couple traveling and the kitchen came with cooking pans/pots/dishes. The washer and dryer in the bedroom was an added bonus! Overall, a great stay!

I've stayed in a number of Airbnb places at this point and David's was just terrific. The place is a great size and has a lot of fun and upgraded amenities that I was not expecting. The bed is FANTASTIC...so nice that I had to look up what it was. There is a fun mini projector that puts the moon and the stars on the ceiling at night if you want it...I just found it fun. There is a really nice air purifier that keeps the place feeling really fresh and nice. There are even Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling above the kitchen bar that were easy to connect to and fun to utilize. This Airbnb is in a very nice and attractive neighborhood, on a very nice street, and is walkable to several restaurants and bars. David himself was just super kind and helpful and made me feel welcome and at home from the very beginning. I stayed here for 4 nights and was very glad that I chose this place! Highly recommended.

One of the best Airbnb‘s I have ever stayed in. Has so much character and the location is completely unbeatable. Best location ever. You can walk to coffee, shops, restaurants, rent, bikes, or scooters, pretty much do everything from this area. The place was super cuteand very, very, very clean.

Delano Getaway for the Whole Fam

We are in Wichita at least 3 times a year to visit our son and only grandchild. We have stayed all over Wichita and each area has its good points but we enjoy Delano and the Riverside area. Although the area looks a little run down, we find it very friendly and safe. This house is close to train tracks but they aren't real active and didn't bother us. The house is large with two living spaces. May want to watch out for little ones. The basement stairs do not have a door to block them off and I didn't see a baby gate. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb for Christmas. The location was perfect on the East side and was close to the family we were visiting. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house besides to sleep but we found it to be cozy and comfortable. A private home that we always felt safe in. We’d look at staying again when coming back to town. The price did feel a bit high for what it is but I think that is just the AirBnB market. All in all, would definitely recommend staying here!

Galeen' s Train Depot was a perfect, relaxing getaway. Close to local amenities yet very secluded. Great place to unwind from a hectic lifestyle. The cabins were cozy, clean and well stocked. The native wildlife was abundant and were active even when walking the many trails. The Ninnescah is a beautiful river within a short walking distance. Galeen is a gracious hostess and very responsive to our inquires. We will definitely be back to stay in her beautiful train depot/river getaway! Thanks, Galeen!

This home was so beautifully done and I love, love the decor. It made it so easy to enjoy and feel like home! Everything you may have wanted was available for you. Sonia instructions were clear and concise, which made entry seamless. When I go back to Wichita I'll definitely be checking with Sonia to see if her beautifully done home is available again. If I could give 6/5 stars, I would! My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and were blown away by how wonderful not only the space/location was, but Katie’s hospitality as a host was above and beyond. Her place is even cuter than the pictures, and truly had every tiny thing we could have ever needed right there in the apartment. When we arrived we found a bottle of wine and a handwritten card wishing us a happy anniversary. Katie, thank you for this sweet gesture and for having us! We are planning to return soon with our daughter to explore Lindsborg again.

This was our second stay here and we hope to return in the future when visiting family again! Such a peaceful setting and it’s just so clean and cozy… we felt at home the second we entered the door! Hillside Cottage was the perfect place for me to get away for some much needed time to myself. The location and cottage were beautiful. Loved hearing the birds singing and even saw some deer passing through as I sat out on the porch. Will definitely come again!

Amazing place! Great area of town. The showers were so confusing the handles barely turned. The place was extremely cozy and nice. there was a dead spider on the staircase. Overall she communicated well, the hot tub was amazing and this is a very spacious place. Would recommend to anyone!

We had a great experience with our stay. The hosts were great and provided delicious pastries for our breakfast. We had a wedding with family members traveling long distances so we wanted a central location for us to stay and enjoy our time together. The accommodations were great! Would stay there again definitely and recommend it to others.
