Dear potential guests, Whether in transit, for a short break or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - on the balcony with a view or in front of the blazing fire in the fireplace. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a nice outdoor pool and good gastronomy - surrounded by a lot of forest. Our café serves breakfast weekdays from 6 AM and on weekends from 7 AM.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist!

In the farm shop, in addition to the assortment, you can also enjoy the gastronomy in the farm garden. The landscape invites you to hike (Kaufunger Forest, Münden Nature Park), cycle, but also to visit Kassel or Göttingen (e.g. World Heritage Site Kassel Bergpark). Both cities can be reached in a 30-minute drive. Bikers are also welcome. There is ample space for horses or motorcycles/bicycles.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

The vocational training center is about 3 km away. Downtown Kassel is easily accessible. Good bus connection. Bergshausen is very nicely situated on the Fulda with a beautiful meadow. A bike path R1 leads through Bergshausen.
