Come enjoy the quiet of the country, only 15 minutes south of town. Stunning views of the La Plata Mountains and dark night skies for great star-gazing! Nice area for cycling and walking. Many of our neighbors have donkeys, horses, llamas and goats, chicken and sheep. No cigarette smoking but we are 420 friendly (outside only please!). We are a safe place for women travelers. There is a very friendly Labrador Retriever and a Basset Hound that live on this property but not allowed in the apt.

Ranch-style 460 sq ft studio with full bathroom & attached kitchen area. This studio has epic views of the creek & mountains and is located 200 ft from the main house. We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Secluded Solar Cabin with Picturesque Views

Remote 300 sq ft solar powered cabin in the ponderosa forest 7 miles from the town of Mancos by Mancos State Park. Great place to stay in the area while on your trip to the southwest or Mesa Verde National Park. A pleasant place for guests who want to unplug, relax, and enjoy a rustic outdoor wilderness experience. Great trails for hiking, bird watching, cross country skiing and snow shoeing! Note: If a big winter you will need a 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle to access the neighborhood.

Glamping w/ Amazing Views of Mesa Verde

Relax and recharge on our small, organic farmstead while enjoying the majestic sunsets over Mesa Verde. This year, we are focusing on gorgeous flowers to brighten the view! The 14 x16 glamping tent has everything you need for a cozy stay - a woodstove, a queen-sized bed, solar lighting, electric blanket, and a pair of Adirondack chairs for late-night star-gazing. A private bathhouse offers a HOT SHOWER, sink, and composting toilet. Enjoy a home-cooked meal in the outdoor camping kitchen.

Tocayo Farm Cottage, Durango

Tocayo farm, 10 miles from Durango, sits in the Florida River Valley. The main house and cottage are located in the middle of our 28 acres which is bordered to the east by the Florida River. The cottage, which has been completely renovated, was once the blacksmithing shop for the homesteaders who settled here over a 100 years ago. Tocayo is a working farm with both a sheep operation and a commercial garden. Private patio with grill, plenty of parking, wildlife and great views.

Nestled in a natural paradise, on the Mancos River with a natural pond, you will have the opportunity to watch elk, deer, eagles, hawks, blue heron, ducks, song birds, fox and other wildlife on this beautiful natural preserve, all within view of the stunning Mesa Verde. Be prepared to relax and enjoy yourselves in beautiful Mancos. There is a cozy kitchen, perfect for preparing your own gourmet meal, and a very comfortable Murphy bed to crash into at the end of a full day of adventures!

Charming, unique and private studio with king size bed, queen size futon, kitchenette, bathroom and dining area on a beautiful private, horse ranch JUST MINUTES TO DOWNTOWN DURANGO, DURANGO HOT SPRINGS AND PURGATORY SKI RESORT. Warm inviting atmosphere and natural setting with beautiful views, ponds and Cooncreek running through. Possible over night horse boarding for an added fee. We are open to having children. Please! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in the little town of Bayfield, CO and close to all the activities that Southwest Colorado has to offer. This guest studio is surrounded by tall Ponderosa Pines. The deer love to hang out in the shade of the oak brush during the day. There is a front/back porch to enjoy Colorado sun with your own private hot tub (included in the price). Sorry, no pets! Secure your food there’s been a bear seen in the neighborhood !!
