Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hemsedal

Eli’s place was magical. It sat on a hill overlooking a beautiful lake with a magnificent mountain in the background. It felt like staying in a part of her family’s history. The original home was built in 1840 but her and her family completely renovated the cabin while still keeping the integrity of the space. It was extremely cozy, clean, and charming. Eli was a perfect host - she was warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home! She had great recommendations for a local farm, as well as nearby alpine ski places. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer but we definitely plan on coming back!! Thank you so much, Eli!

Iza is friendly responds quickly . He is very on the offer side. Fixed with even the lights in the bathroom that didn't work. Also bring a coffee maker, as we didn't understand the coffee machine that was there, but which we learned eventually. Although the house is located in a residential area, it is very quiet and peaceful. We took advantage of billiards that were in the garage , there was also a lovely outdoor area for the little ones. Short distance to a difficult Kiwi store, and to the ski center. Cost us a lot. We were 5 adults and a child of 3 years.

Unfortunately, I was unable to start the stay because I had injured myself beforehand. My husband had four very relaxing beautiful days in the cabin alone. He was thrilled. The amenities, furnishings and location were perfect. Communication with Lisa worked out great. Highly recommended.

This place has its interesting family history, love the interior decor a lot, especially the kitchen. But the best part is the garden. We were lucky that it was sunny and we spend the whole morning having breakfast and just chilling. Great starting point for hikes/walks and a great stop on the way from/to Oslo. Kristin met us when we arrived and she was very nice. Much recommended 👍

Highly recommend this home. Cozy and spacious. Close to many good km of cross-country skiing. Everything works fine and nice family on site. We'll definitely be back

Wonderful place to stay. Nice and cosy farmhouse from 19th century, I guess, but renovated with a lot of love. Modern clean and warm bath. There´s even with a old painted door. Everything is beautifully arranged. Parking right in front of the door. Toril lives next door and is a very helpful host. Beautifully located between the lake and the montains, very scenic view. I was there in Winter with two colleagues for ski-touring, but I will return with the family.

Lovely house in nice area, with close to hiking area! Here you have everything you need. Jeanette was available if needed and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great ski in/out apartment. You park in the basement and take the elevator right up in the apartment. Private room for storing and service of skis, and when you are ready for a day on the slopes you can run right into the facility that takes you to all of the SkiGeilo's slopes. There is also Bistro a few meters from the apartment. We had an amazing stay at Sverre's place and will be happy to come again. Perfect for families with beginners skiing as the hill is very child friendly and is right outside. The terrace was sunny and provided a view of the ski slope. Would recommend and rent the apartment to everyone.

It was a great stay for halfway between Oslo and Bergen. Roomy and kitchen was well stocked with essentials.

Another great stay in Geilo. Lene is a great communicator and her apartment is the perfect place for a family trip to the slopes.

Small but really cozy apartment with all the things we as a family with 2 adults and 2 children needed. Lovely with attached parking space. Located in the middle of Slaatta and Vestlia, so easy to switch between the two areas. In walking distance from downtown with shops and restaurants.

Absolutely super apartment in a central location. Clean, tidy and very comfortable to stay in. Everything worked properly and I would definitely rent again.👍

Great apartment with short distance to the alpine hill.

We had a very great stay at Christine's place. The second time we spent the winter holidays in her apartment. Suitable size for family of four. centrally located, so you can come by train and walk to and from the station. Walking distance to everything in Geilo city center and ski tracks right outside the door. Ski bus stops a few meters from the apartment building so it's easy to get on the slopes. Recommended!

Lovely place, good beds and well-equipped kitchen. It has a beautiful view of Geilo. However, the winter sun is so low that the cabin is a part in the shade, but it didn't matter to us as we skis all day and were able to turn on the cozy bio fireplace when we got home.

Our stay with Paula was so great! She is super sweet and caring, we loved the privacy of the apartment in combination with our chats when coming in or leaving the apartment! The area is great for snowkiting, skiing and cross-country skiing, so we did all that and then came back home to this lovely warm place with a hot shower, great bed and cute christmas decorations. Thanks Paula for this warm welcome to Norway!

Great place and great location. Has everything you need. Great with garage and lift up to the apartment. A bit strange to pay extra for towels and sheets when you’ve already paid 1400 in cleaning fee. Other than that a great place!

Had a really nice stay. We walked Skarverennet, so the location was perfect as it was walking distance from restaurants and train station. :)

We are very happy with this nice place. The view was incredibly nice and the apartment fresh and good location with ski in/ski out. Malin was quick to respond when we had questions. Luxurious with own garage below the apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. Nice with wider bunk beds. We would gladly come back☺️

We had a fantastic stay in Geilo! We chose this apartment for the location close to the town and the beautiful views from the balcony. It was clean, easy to find, and well set up for our family. A great spot for a family ski trip and for exploring the beautiful outdoors. Thank you Yuqing!!
