Condo vacation rentals in Helen

If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to come to in the north Georgia mountains of Sky Valley. Beautiful views especially at sunset, hearing the chapel bells ringing, watching the humming birds fly around during the day and at night the bats, and friendly neighbors. The unit was roomy and comfortable. There were a few light bulbs burned out upon arrival and our host was very responsive and a maintenance gentleman was there soon to replace them. Lots of local activities and great restaurants in nearby Highlands and Franklin, NC and Clayton, GA. For walkers the Sky Valley golf course closes at 7 p.m. and it's great walking or jogging around the beautiful course.

This is a great condo at the perfect location. One in our group has issues walking long distances but the location of this condo allowed him to walk every where the group walked. We enjoy sitting on the deck and relaxing. This best part is how courteous and attentive John is to every communication. We have stayed here a few times and plan to stay again. Thanks John for being a great host!

Great little weekend getaway for our family of 4 including 2 small children. So many amenities and lots to do. The view from the patio with the porch swing was amazing!

The place was clean, cozy, and absolutely exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice! The property was gorgeous and we even got to feed the trout off of the bridge! The hosts checked in on us on our first day to make sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking to hike, there are plenty of good hikes within 20ish minutes of the place which was super convenient. It was the perfect place for a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. We loved every minute!

We absolutely loved our time in Helen and the lodging was no exception. The place was very clean and was only a minute or so from most of the things we did downtown. It was nice that the neighborhood was gated and made us feel at ease. Would recommend for sure!

This condo was a lovely place to stay in Helen! It was exactly as pictured and described, and around the corner from the great Betty’s grocery store/old time general store. They have the best baked goods in town, including humongous cookies! The unit was quite clean and very spacious. It is very centrally located and walking distance to everything in Helen. The dining table seats 6 and the living room seats at least that many on the sectional couch and chairs. Once you climb the 5 or so stairs to the unit, there are no more stairs since it is all on one level. Beds were quite comfortable! Two things of note: -The internet speed is fast at about 200 mbps, not the speed shown in the listing at the time of our booking. -You need to bring your own clothing hangers, since those are not always provided if the previous tenants took them home.

We had a great stay! The resort is gorgeous especially with the fall colors peaking. We enjoyed the view from the deck, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We also loved that just right down the road there was an awesome waterfall and hiking trail! We would definitely stay here again!

The pictures does not do this condo justice! The river view in the double decks is amazing! We loved having our coffee and late night drinks out on the deck. The location is perfect! Close enough to walk to just about everything… tubing outpost and the main downtown restaurants. But not right on top of the hustle and bustle so it makes it quiet. Very clean. Grateful for the starter packs for the dishwasher and laundry. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Beautiful place, everyone was so happy when they walked in. Everything you would need in a home was there, you could buy groceries and use the whole kitchen. Beds are a little on the stiff side. You can walk to downtown but it’s a little on the far side. If you like night life there’s a couple great spots near by. Hosts were easy to get ahold of and very responsive. They do hold their no cancellation policy, so if there’s an emergency please be aware they are hard set on no cancelling. If you wanted to relax inside, it was a very nice cozy space for multiple people in the living room. I also enjoyed the fireplace, as it was very cold outside.

The entrance is around the corner of the building but otherwise the space is large, comfortable, walkable, and is as described.

This was a very cozy, comfortable stay. A balcony overlooking the beautiful river. It had a dark, cold, comfortable bedroom. The king size bed was roomy with a great mattress. We felt at home.

Great place to stay in Helen! We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants easily. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was convenient to get in and out of.

Perfect condo for a couple or a small family! The location was wonderful as many places were in walking distance - including downtown Helen. The condo itself was in immaculate condition- very clean and organized. Loved the starter packs for the kitchen and bathroom. Very quiet and peaceful. Easy to park. The porch area was a nice feature to just sit at and relax. The nearby Dollar General (unlike many I’ve shopped at) was rather large, clean and organized. Blue Ridge wasn’t far so we drove there and ridge the train which was awesome! I highly recommend this condo!

Cyle’s condo was just as described : neat, tidy, updated, well lit, plenty of accessories and they left us a “ welcome” gift with some snacks and drinks .. a kind and thoughtful gift.. We would highly recommend their place with its soft yet comfortable bedding, very good and well maintained a/c/ heating unit.

The stay was pleasant! Was worry at first that we wouldn’t be able to have a late checkout but Leonard, was super friendly & helpful. We were able to get the exact schedule we needed. The place was gorgeous, & super comfortable. My partner & i even mentioned wanting a home like this one. It’s a decor that catches your eye. Definitely staying again!

Perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. Had a little issue with hot water the first night, but made a plan to spread out shower time between all and we no longer had the issue. In walking distance to the town!

Cute 2 bedroom 3 full bath with pull out couch, every room including living area has balcony access. Right in the middle of Helen you can walk to anything! Big daddy’s restaurant near by was great as well!

This is our 2nd time staying at Leonard’s Airbnb and it was just as great as the last. Wonderful place makes you feel right at home and the host is very friendly! I will continue to book this Airbnb on my trips to Helen!

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable and exactly as advertised. Would definitely come again!
