The whole place was pristine… so fresh & clean. The kids loved the upper deck & even said the bed on the pull out sofa was “comfy”. Our host was always quick to respond & sent us detailed instructions on arrival morning. We will definitely stay again.

My girlfriend and I went on a Georgia get away and stayed at this amazing place for three nights. It was wonderful. The family that lived there was extremely friendly and welcoming while still respecting our privacy. The house sits beautifully on a gorgeous mountain that was close to great hikes with amazing views and not too far from downtown Ellijay. Overall it was an amazing trip due to this beautiful spot friendly host and sweet city.

Location was perfect! Beautiful and clean inside. We will definitely be back next year!

5 Stars – A True Outdoor Paradise! We absolutely loved our stay! The property is stunning—truly an outdoor paradise. There are three beautiful waterfalls right on the property, which made the whole experience feel peaceful and magical. We enjoyed using the grill, smoker, and outdoor fire areas—perfect for relaxing evenings and outdoor meals. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up for guests to enjoy nature in comfort. We will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature!

Enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue for us, as senior citizens, was going up and down the stairs. But we managed. The apartment was nicely decorated and quite cozy. There is only one closet and the bathroom is very small, so I had to come up with a plan to set up the magnifying mirror for makeup application. The square is so nice. Lots of flowers, shops, bakeries, restaurants and the old courthouse. All were within walking distance. We’re glad we chose that location.

This was a peaceful vacation, exactly what we needed. The location and timing provided this. Recommended to all those looking for a relaxed environment. BKStays was there when we beeded it.Thank you

Large, roomy place. Playroom(with ping pong table!), tv room, bedroom with King bed and bathroom. About 10 mins out of Dahlonega.

Second time staying here and will probably be back a few more as we are having a house built in the area. Great rental to stay in, very sweet hosts, great location and such a cute little place with wonderful amenities.

What a beautiful setting. We wished it had been warmer to enjoy the patio and the view. Kitchen was well stocked and Lana had left us some yummy pumpkin chocolate chip muffins for breakfast. We would love to stay in December but unfortunately it is booked for one of the nights we are interested in. We would definitely stay here again. So peaceful!

The location was perfect. Walkable to everything you’d want to do downtown and right next door to Betty’s Country Store. Having a dedicated parking spot was also a huge plus since parking in town can be a headache. Also only about a 15 drive to some great hiking!

Marva was a wonderful host! We will definitely visit again. It is a charming place away from the noise but close enough to activities. Just what we were looking for! We enjoyed our time!

The apartment was very nice and cozy, and the property was absolutely enchanting. We saw so many deer right around the house. Mimi is an excellent hostess. We hope to stay again some time in the future.

Great place, beautiful view. Kitchen was well stocked and is a good stay for a long weekend. Easy to find and downtown Franklin has good restaurants and breweries. Plenty of trails nearby

We came to Young Harris for our sons wedding and stayed at this beautiful terrace apartment. It was clean and cozy. Very convenient location .Ursula welcomed us and went out of her way to lend me a steamer for my dress. We would love to stay with them again!!

Excellent option in Ellijay...close to Amicalola Falls, Appalachian Trail, apple orchards, river, local town square for coffee, shops, restaurants and nightlife. Cultural museums, candy shop. We stayed here for my nephew's wedding at Summit Farm Weddings @10 miles away...a beautiful atmosphere with picturesque mountains, rolling hills and pastures. Highly recommend. It was chilly in FEB, but we'll be back again for check out summer. Thank you RandA!

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay while we visited Amicalola Falls and Fainting Goat winery. Cathy’s place was in a great location for us to do both. The view was amazing especially with the leaves beginning to change colors! Her space was very nicely decorated and comfortable! Everything was clean! We had a wonderful, relaxing experience!

Adorable efficiency suite . Great view of the lake and suitable areas to walk our dog. Very clean and quiet. Was an easy drive into Hiawassee.

We were in the area for a reunion, everything was excellent & we loved being only 2 minutes from our son/family. The reunion loc. was about 15 min.'s away. The apartment is immaculate & the directions, instructions from Melissa were spot on! It was great not having the stress of a difficult check in/out process. I didn't have time to complete my dish I was taking to the reunion, so I took it & baked in the oven at the apt.-worked great! The area is great country living, very serene (especially with us living on the other side of Atlanta)-but there's much to do if one so chooses-inside & outside of the apt. All the things advertised were available & in working condition. We were there for a specific purpose & didn't go to surrounding towns-other than quick drive to Tallulah Falls. There's many nearby beautiful options & much nature to enjoy! John Schneider ("Bo" from 'The Dukes of Hazzard') was doing an event in Cornelia. Clarkesville had the Mt. Laurel Festival! We 100% recommend!!

Very cozy and warm, exactly what you would want for a homey vacation place. Quiet and peaceful, birds singing during the day and fireflies at night. The back porch was our absolute favorite! Not fancy but extremely, extremely comfortable, felt like home. Lisa was wonderful, communicated quickly with any questions. I never could get on the wifi, but we never even turned on the TV. In the end the wifi wasn't a big deal, because the break in communication and noise was an extreme blessing. However Lisa did offer to come over and help me get onto the wifi. would stay again.
