Condo vacation rentals in White County

We needed to get away with our little family, and Evolve met our expectations! The place was impeccable. It was right in the heart of the town, so for the weekend we didn’t have to drive anywhere. We walked and we have to little children and absolutely everyone enjoyed this trip. The pictures don’t do the justice. The place was perfect and we definitely are thinking to come back and stay exactly there. My husband is the pickiest and he enjoyed staying at this place so much! We have definitely recommended to some of our friends already! 110/100 recommended You wouldn’t regret choosing this place.

Very nice spot. Clean and comfy. If you are sensitive to noise, you will be able to hear neighbors staying in other units (bring a box fan). However we didnt have an issue, and no one was excessively loud. The bed is firm, but not unbearable. If you require soft i'd reccomend bringing something soft to lay on, if you love firm beds, its the perfect firmness. We had no issue walking to town from the unit. If you are able bodied, you dont have to drive if you dont want to. That was great to not have to pay/find parking. Overall we would stay again :).

Great stay! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Helen and we were a super short drive from Tray Mountain Rd which is fun for our jeep fam.

Bed was very comfortable. Great space. Great location. Nice appliances and furniture. Generally a 5 star, but a few things to mention. The closet only had two hangers. The business below us was a restaurant, which played music the whole time they were open. Fortunately, they weren’t open late.

Really great property. Serene, peaceful & private. Vacasa made the reservation and checkin process a smooth transaction.

This is a great place to stay if you are looking to explore Helen and it’s beautiful downtown area without the hassle of finding parking and driving in and out of the pedestrian-heavy area. Beautiful townhouse-style condo with clean rooms and lots of space. Highly recommend if looking to stay in Helen for a getaway where you want to stay out of the car.

Such a great stay here for our little family! The condo was even nicer than the pictures - and just steps away from the river and playground. 10 minute walk to the main area of town, but there were fun things that were just 1-3 minute walk away. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice condo in an excellent location/close to town. We walked to all the shops and restaurants etc. Leonard was extremely responsive with whatever we needed. Just a note : the pics on Airbnb show hardwood type flooring in the common areas but it is actually carpeted. It wasn’t a problem for us but just something to note if that’s important to you . We had a great stay !

Cute 2 bedroom 3 full bath with pull out couch, every room including living area has balcony access. Right in the middle of Helen you can walk to anything! Big daddy’s restaurant near by was great as well!

The waterside view was beautiful and peaceful! The place had everything we needed for a great time at Octoberfest for my husband’s birthday!

The place was nice and close to everything. Everyone I met from the establishment was very nice. The only negative was he did not respond to messages about checking out. We were checking out very early and there was no instructions on what exactly needed done. Other than that, the place was nice and well worth what we paid for it.

This location was beautiful and quiet, but close enough to everything that it was easy to get around. It can be walkable, but there is a bit of a hill. We were there when the leaves' color change peaked, and the location was perfect. The accommodations were spacious, and we really enjoyed the deck.

Nathan's place is a go to spot for my wife and I. We had 1 issue this time with our neighbor. I contacted Nathan and he immediately got on the issue and handled it swiftly. Thanks Nathan for your assistance and we look forward to coming back again.

Nathan’s place is right in the center of Helen. Easy to find, easy to check-in, and clean.

Came as a last minute weekend getaway with my husband. The town was wonderful and the apartment is within walking distance of everything. Apartment was clean and cute. Loved the fireplace but didn't use it, something to turn on and use during cold months. Only complaint we have is WiFi was very spotty but we didn't have very good service in the town anyway.

Unit was exactly like the posting said. Loved the peacefulness of the resort. It was an awesome place to stay.Would definitely book with them again
