Happy Place is a lovely Condo right on the river, it is walking distance to downtown Helen. You can enjoy the river for trout fishing or tubing. Sitting on the covered porches and watching and listening to the river nothing like it... The condo has the most cozy comfy feel with a gas fireplace, stainless steal and hardwoods. There is 2 master suits with queen beds with private bathrooms. New queenSofa bed . You can enjoy this amazing condo all year around with all the amenities.

Our ground floor, single story condo is handicap accessible and boasts a sprawling designed floor plan with two king size bed suites; each with their own connected, private full bathrooms. Open and spacious living room and dining area are a great size to share with friends. The kitchen is roomy enough for more than one chef and is fully equipped just like home.

"Helen Hideaway," condo in beautiful Helen Georgia

This is the ground floor of my family's vacation condo, door in the back. The upstairs is not available to rent. Small patio. Faces the Chattahoochee, and the water park is just across the river. Overlooks Parking area and large grassy field with trees and river. One bedroom and one small bathroom. No separate living area but spacious kitchen with a twin sized trundle bed. High speed wi-fi and streaming TV in bedroom only. No landline.

Honey Bear Riverside Hideout

Honey Bear is a roomy 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the River in the Bavarian town of Helen, Ga. We can host 6 easily with a King bed in each bedroom and a sleeper sofa if needed. It is just a short stroll to all the shops, mountain coaster, fabulous restaurants and don't forget Tubing. We have an elevator for those that trouble navigating stairs. You will love the view of the Chattahochee from the deck.
