House vacation rentals in Heki

Our group of five had a very nice stay at this location. Nothing to complain. The Host and Co-Host were very friendly. We can imagine to come back one day.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

We had a great week in Croatia. The house is clean and matched the pictures. Unfortunately, we had a few inconveniences, like a horrid nest, but Miro took care of it right away and always went out of his way. Unfortunately, our pool was tilted on the penultimate day and we could no longer go swimming, for this we easily got a refund. The house is very large and has a great, very well maintained outdoor area. We will be happy to come back!😍

Amazing house and great host. House is located in a very calm and charming village. All of the major places are reasoniably close by. There is a market nearby and several restaurants. Pool and the terrace were amazing.

The house is amazing, the pool is great, especially with the indoor Jacuzzi, the kitchen is bright and beautiful, and very peaceful surroundings in the middle of nature. In walking distance, you find a local restaurant in a lovely 200 year old town - the smallest city in the world. Bring your supermarket purchase ride with you, then you can enjoy interrupted vacations. The host family is great, always helpful, always there if you need them for good advice. we felt very well treated and welcome. We had a wonderful time and we’ll definitely come back in the future. We immediately fell in love with this tiny house, the story behind, all details, the atmosphere and location. Ema and Ivan are amazing hosts from tip to toe - BIG thank you for making us and our dog Enzo feel so welcome, and making our holiday like a few days of honeymoon. We will definitely come back and can only recommend this little hide away - even at the risk we need to queue for our next visit.

Great apartment in Hum, everything was clean and nicely decorated. Private terrace was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Franko was very welcoming and we even tried his rakija, he makes it on his own. Recommended!

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. We can warmly recommend the house for people who want to relax and be away from the hustle and bustle. In the very large meadow, there is a volleyball/badminton court as well as football goals. Pool area very clean and nice. Restaurants & everything you need can be reached in 20min by car. The sea in 40 minutes.

Katja is a great host and welcomed us with a shot of a local drink, nice location and everything was clean.

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

This house is a little paradise. It is friendly, it made us feel directly “at home”. The view from the garden towards the sea is spectaculair. We stayed with two little kids who loved to play in the garden. It is a very beautiful house with a safe (surrounded) beautiful garden in a quiet small village. The house is well equiped with a dish washer and everything you need. Nice detail is that there is no tv, but plenty of more rewarding activities such as making a fire in the fire place, bbq’ing, chilling in the hammock, playing the guitar, Reading a book: Nejc is a very kind host. We definitely recommend this place.

Olya's Motovun home is a beautiful space located on a quiet pedestrian path, just below a charming church, bell tower, and one of the town's gates. It’s impeccably designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend either the entire home - if it suits your party size - or the downstairs apartment.

Wonderful little cottage in a quiet village with everything you need and a nice, child-friendly outdoor area. The 3-bed room is an open passage area, the second bedroom has its own door. The air conditioning in all rooms was worth its weight in gold...! Outdoor shower and water hose in the garden as well... Perfect location for exploring Istria. Neven is an extremely friendly and helpful host who responds quickly. Thank you!!

Beautiful villa in a very quiet location. Enough space, each bedroom has its own bathroom. In the open kitchen with dining area and in the beautiful outdoor area with pool and outdoor kitchen incl. BBQ can be relaxed and have a great time together. Larisa supported us with all the questions and concerns and responded within a very short time.

The place was beautiful with his own big garden and private pool! Izabel the owner was really nice and helpful! We would definitely recommend the place!

An enchanting place right in the center of istria, very comfortable to explore the whole region. Ivan and Tatiana are very friendly and ready to give great discovery tips. The intimate house, collected, made of stone and with everything you need to relax after a day of discovery. Great experience!

Nataša welcomed us personally and very kindly upon arrival. The house was very clean and very fully equipped. All communication went very smoothly. The location of the house is ideal: in a quiet, cozy town with all the beauty of Istria can be reached within 30 to 45 minutes. Absolutely recommended!

We spontaneously hung one more night for our Croatia vacation and booked this accommodation. Really beautiful and well divided rooms and fantastic pool! Very quiet and private and everything you need. Really great and definitely recommend.

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.
