A house where you can stay in individual and stylishly decorated rooms with soul- with room for 20 overnight guests. On this page, you can write a maximum of 16 guests, but there is room for 20 guests. Kick back and relax in this quiet and stylish space. In the charming, quiet area by Kelstrup Strand lies this new holiday home with a short distance to the beach. The house is brightly furnished and modernly decorated as a tiny house with everything you need. The kitchen and living room are open with plenty of light, and from the kitchen window, the living room door and the terrace there is a limited view of the water, depending on the season. Outdoor spa on the cozy terrace with the forest as a neighbor.

No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included
