This place is quiet, clean and cozy. It matched the information provided about the listing: The glazed balcony and the spacious river landscape visible from all windows crown the whole. For those traveling by car, there is a parking space for the same price. Life is made easier by S-market across the street. It is open Mon-Sat from 7 am to 10 pm, Sun from 9 am to 10 pm. The distance between the accommodation and the city center is short. Just cross the river along the Suvantos bridge and we are already at the market. If you wish, you can leave your car in the parking lot and move around on foot without any parking problems. Communication with the hosts went smoothly without any problems. Best area! Next to Valkeisenlampi, as well as the best swimming pool in Finland, grocery store, theater, market, and Kalakukko bakery a short walk away. An apartment in a great, well renovated house. There's also an elevator, but there's only one flight of stairs down. Even though the first floor, it's up that much further down the road, so it didn't hurt at all. Blinds in the windows. Beautiful lighting and everything worked, has been someone decorating who knows what he's doing. The host was really lovely and friendly, went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time.

The location is great for our needs, that's why we came here for the second time. Quiet, all-inclusive property and friendly service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I can't say enough good things about it! The highlight of our stay was definitely the cute sauna house, which provided a perfect way to relax and unwind. The private entrance to the lake was another fantastic feature, offering serene and beautiful views right at our doorstep and a memorable experience of swimming in the lake after the Sauna. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable.

Great cottage in a great location. Great scenery, clean water, peaceful surroundings, and the lakeside sauna got the best steam you can imagine. The perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Beautiful quiet retreat on a lush island. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your time is provided. There was even a midsummer traditional treat waiting for us. Satu is kind and responsive. She makes sure her guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful timber house in the woods, with own access to Lake Saimaa. Though close to Mikkeli centre and all of its facilities. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda, watching the great view. Go there, you will not regret it.

We had a great time. My husband and I are traveling with our daughter (10 months old). We felt like at home from the beginning. It was nice to make a fire, grill, go to the sauna and swim in the lake. The house is very quiet and you have a great view from all rooms. The rooms upstairs weren't that big but there's an incredible amount of storage space. Communication with Katja was extremely good. We highly recommend this property.

Absolutely gorgeous city apartment with a great location. Downtown services are close, but still in a quiet area next to Valkeisenlampi. Really neat and spotless apartment. Stylish decor, all the details carefully thought out and everything you need was found. Check-in was flexible as a self-service, and the stay was made very easy for the guest with clear instructions.
