The backyard has a terrace for evening sun and a peaceful lawn view. S-market can be found 450m, or about 7 minutes' walk, on the way to the lovely PullaPulju café. Everything in the cottage is not exactly on top and in the best condition, but a basic clean cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, gas grill. Basic tableware, TV, radio, smoke detectors.

In the winter, the possibility of sledding from the yard directly to the Heinävesi sled trails. Great opportunities for outdoor activities along side roads or nearby forests. The yard can accommodate a truck. It's possible to rent for stays longer than 2 nights.

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.
