Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa Rautjärvi

This wonderful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north from Mikkeli. The cabin, finished in 2014, invites you to relax and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Finnish nature. It's cosy and decorated with high-class natural materials and comfortable furnishings and is fully equipped with a modern, compact open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, each with 160 cm x 200 cm beds, loft room with a king size bed, an inviting living room and dining area, bathroom, sauna, separate toilet and a terrace.

Keskustakaksio Valkeisenlammen rannalla

This flat is located only 10 min walk from the Kuopio city center next to the park Valkeinen. The flat is new and provides you porridge bar for breakfast. You can reach Kuopio University Hospital and Savilahti area easily by bus or walk (20 min). Kuopio City Theather, ice hockey arena and swimming hall is next to the apartment. Parking is easy near by. There are 2 beds available for adults and a travel cot with beddings for small child. A highchair and pot is also available when needed.

Jos kaipaat pientä irtiottoa kaupungin hälinästä luonnon rauhaan on tämä juuri sinulle. Vuokraa edullisesti vaatimaton sähköistetty peruskuntoinen kesämökki (n. 65 neliötä) Varkauden Kangaslammilta (mökki sijaitsee etelärannan puolella). Kaikki mökissä ei aivan vimpan päälle ja jiirissä, mutta perussiisti mökki missä kaikki tarvittava. Mökissä on jääkaappi, pakastin, mikro, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin, liesi, kaasu grilli. Perusastiasto, televisio, radio, palovaroittimet.

Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa mökissä on helppo rentoutua katsellen kaunista järvimaisemaa.Luonnonhelmassa kaunis mökki 55m² ja uusi 30m² piharakennus sekä iso terassi ja grillipaikka. Käytössä ilmalämpöpumppu ja takka. Lähellä hyvät kalastus-, marjastus- ja ulkoilumaastot. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. Vuokraajan käytössä sup-lauta ja soutuvene sekä wifi-yhteys. Tarvittaessa liinavaate/pyyhe vuokraus 10e/hlö, loppusiivous 80e lisähintaan. Hintaan sisältyy porealtaan käyttö.

Kallaveden rannalla tasokas ja tunnelmallinen hirsihuvila. Rauhallisella, kauniilla,Kallavesi näkymällä ja luonnon lähellä oleva paikka. Mökiltä näkyy kaunis ja valaistu puijontorni. Mökki on rakennettu 2002 ja siitä on pidetty hyvää huolta. Kohde on tavallinen mökki ei hotelli kohde. Soveltuu erinomaisesti kesä sekä talvi majoittumiseen. Rannassa on käytössä soutuvene. Mökissä tupa, keittiö, makuuhuone, nukkumisparvi, sähkösauna, suihku, vaatehuone,wc, ilmalämpöpumppu ja iso takka.

Viihtyisä yksiö + oma autopaikka

Kysin ja yliopiston vieressä Puijonlaakson vehreissä maisemissa sijaitseva uudenkarhea yksiö ranskalaisella parvekkeella. Oma tolpallinen autopaikka pihapiirissä. Huoneistoon esteetön kulku. Kuopion keskustaan matkaa 2,5 km. Heti asunnon edessä on bussipysäkki, josta kulkee kaksi linjaa 10minuutissa Kuopion keskustaan. Asunnosta pääset näppärästi Puijonlaakson ulkoilureiteille, joita pitkin edelleen Puijolle. Vieressä myös kaunis Sammakkolampi ja viihtyisä puistoalue uimarantoineen.

Gottage is situated by Suvasvesi lake nearby Vehmersalmi village, built -83 and totally renovated -18 when a totally new sauna was built. Surrounded by pineforest for hiking, picking berries and mushrooms. Only 0,5km to the village with different services. There is electicity, washing water coming from lake and fireplace heating. There is a rowbout for fishing, terrace and dock for swimming and spending time by beautiful lake scenery. There are some neighbours nearby.
