Vacation rentals with lake access in Heinävesi

Cozy tidy house in a nice location, perfect for our group's weekend stay. The host responded to messages very quickly, and we thought the price/quality ratio was excellent.

The villa is beautifully and restfully decorated and very bright. Spotlights bring a cozy vibe. The beds are very good. We needed blackout curtains. Reflector vests and headlamps can be found in the coat rack. The dishes are well and beautiful. There are all the tools for cooking. Vacationers felt very welcome. It was pleasant to do business with the landlady. There were three generations of us spending a holiday week in this beautiful and cozy log villa.

Aovo’s House is one of my favorite place to stay in Finland. Perfect place in every espect! Will come again soon 😀

Everything is perfect: highly recommended. If I had to go back to the area I would definitely stay here. Paddle boats always available, barbecue on the lake and comfortable house for 5. Natalia was very friendly.

Pure relaxation, quiet place, but also suitable for remote work. Host Jari and his wife are super friendly and nice and make an effort to make sure you have a nice holiday. Everything you need is available in the accommodation, good shopping is available within a radius of about 10 km. The lake invites you to swim and the sunsets are breathtaking. The stay was even better than we expected from the photos. There was plenty of room for eight and the setting was great. Great scenery right from the deck and it's easy to take a dip straight from the sauna. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with the place. Beautiful in nature, with great views of the lake. The equipment was completely sufficient and in the evening you even had the opportunity to go to the sauna. I'd love to come back :)

Very nice and tidy cottage that matches the description. There's plenty of common space for a large group, but also privacy in the form of bedrooms. We'll definitely come back another time if you need a cabin from Koli.

We were really happy with the week's stay in Joensuu Rantakatu's apartment, which was clean, modern, centrally located, and had all the necessary kitchen items, for example. The apartment was nice and warm even in the freezing cold and the sauna was a great extra. Milon was a very good communicator and responded quickly and kindly to messages. We'd love to come back and recommend!

The location of the apartment was excellent, and the view was great. The parking lot was right next door. It was a convenient short walk to the market, and there was a good hiking trail around the pond. The little one had everything they needed: a crib, a high chair, a treatment tray, and toys. In addition, all the items we needed were found in the apartment.

Our stay at Emmy's cottage was perfect. A wonderful place in a truly beautiful part of the world. The cottage had everything that you would want of a Finnish mökki holiday, and was the perfect base to explore Savonlinna and the whole Saimaa region. It made for a memorable experience. A perfect small mökki for a summer getaway! With a private access to the lake with sand, great sauna, barbecue spot and a beautiful forest with loads of blueberries and wind strawberries around. It's maybe better for someone with a car, because the closest grocery store is 6km away, and to get drinking water you have to boat 2 km, which was not a problem for us, but the boat and bikes at the property were not in the best state, but still usable. The house has everything you need, but is very small -- I feel like even though there are technically 3 sleeping places, 3 adults will use up all the oxygen at night ) but for 2 adults or 2+1 kid it's perfect. We felt very rested afterwards! There's also a very nice hiking trail nearby.

Our group of seven spent four nights at Miia's cottage on the shores of Linnansaari National Park. We had an excellent time! The main cottage is on the small side for seven, the three kids were going to sleep in a loft space but with the noise challenges of lofts we elected to have them sleep in the sauna cottage, which has a beautiful sleeping space. We took full advantage of the ping pong table, darts, hot tub and sauna(s). We also rowed over to nearby islands several times (tons of mushrooms growing over there!). There were no other people nearby, really, so it felt very private. The back deck is perfect for lounging and eating meals when the weather is good. Miia helped us find a local fishing guide and gave us other helpful recommendations. We popped south to Savonlinna one day to walk the town and have a meal. All in all, we highly recommend a stay at Miia's!

The place is even better than the pictures. Beautiful nature and peace of mind make you relax. The kids found frogs and lizards in the yard and were excited. The water is warm and from the end of the dock is a good jumping. Be sure to bring small floats as the beach is deep. There are plenty of outdoor games and things to do in the yard. Inside is a fierce collection of movies to watch. The kids and adults were very comfortable. We already miss back!

The posting is very accurate: a peaceful cottage in the woods with lake access. There are XC trails nearby that can be walked. The place is remote, but not far from a bus station if needed. Host provided potable water and there were plenty of heat sources to stay warm. A lovely and affordable retreat for anyone looking to escape into nature.

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. We filled our day with sauna, swimming in the lake and cooking in the nice outdoor kitchen. There are some chores, such as replenishing water, but we enjoyed doing that. The bed is lovely and there is everything else you need. Charging phones went fine (if you would at least want that;))

Honestly, the villa is more than wonderful and fully equipped, and its location is excellent for relaxation and recreation. Thank you Ville for your kind hospitality

Warm thanks for the cottage weekend! 😊 The cottage was in a beautiful location and especially during the time I saw very peaceful, the main cottage had great views of the lake from the big windows. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the fireplace and sauna, the water was very low, but a little dipping in connection with the sauna was still successful. The cottage was bright and tidy, everything was found, and the cottage was effortless. Elsi and Harri were really friendly hosts and the weekend was crowned by a visit to the farm to explore a wide variety of animals. ❤️ Special thanks to Els for their quick replies to messages and all for a successful cottage! 😊
