Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Heimbach

We had wonderful days in Sebastiaan's house. The house is spacious for 6 people with different places to sit , a cozy well-equipped dining kitchen, good double beds and a beautifully located garden, where it is good to stay. Sippenaken is an excellent starting point for excursions and bike rides in the region and from the cottage you will be on a beautiful hiking trail through the Geuldal in no time. For us an ideal base during this AGR weekend🚴🚴

We came to Malmedy for the second time for the Les Brûleurs de Gommes event, we won't hesitate to come back a third time to this very warm and very family-friendly Airbnb!

We loved our stay at Marie Paule's place. A very hospitable woman, who was also very sweet to our children. Our 2-year-old son worked with her in the garden for an afternoon. The cottage is very suitable for a family. Well equipped, nice bedrooms and the garden- which is huge- is very nice for hiking or for a picnic. The location in relation to Aubel with all nice shops, a very cozy market on Tuesday and on Saturday and the adbij of Val-Dieu is very convenient. In short: really good value for the money. I can recommend this place with peace of mind!

We really enjoyed staying with Moralie! A very charming airbnb, with everything you may need. We were lucky with wonderfully sunny weather, so the outdoor seating area was very nice! The dog also loved sniffing around outside. The cottage is at the outskirts of the village and after a 100-meter walk you can walk into the fields and the forest. The location was perfect for us as a base for all kinds of walks. You can also walk from here to the Hoëgne. Moralie is a very pleasant host who respects your privacy and communicates very clearly in advance how to find the house, parking, amenities etc. The reception felt very warm, as there were cookies ready for both us and the dog, with two nice beers in the fridge on top. Wonderful! We definitely recommend a stay and would come back again. Not all walks are checked off yet! :) Lotte, Eva & Louis

We were there with 6 people and a dog. Everything was exactly as described, Achim always inquired if everything was okay. We had a lovely weekend on the Mosel and there is nothing missing in this house! We highly recommend it for larger groups! Thank you Achim!

Very nice location, quiet and pleasant, very comfortable bed, spacious and clean apartment, with a warm host. Only small negative: parking can be complicated, because you have to park on the street. Slightly high price though.

The welcome was very warm. Regina was able to give us very good information about the area, etc. and was very helpful. The apartment is clean and superbly equipped, nothing is missing.

Beautiful location overlooking the cathedral. From the hot tub, you can look out on the towers of the church in the evening. It was also remarkably quiet on the roof terrace. We had a lovely weekend.

The place was just great! Self-check-in was straightforward. And the first thing we noticed in the apartment was that not a speck of dust could be found! A big compliment to the cleaner! The apartment was exactly as described in the photos. We didn't miss anything. The connection to public transport was very good and the area very quiet. We were in Cologne for FIBO 2025 and chose this place to stay. Admittedly, at about 40-50 minutes, this is relatively far from the fair. The nice thing: The bus comes almost right outside the door (3-minute walk). Lidl, 2 bakeries and a pharmacy are right around the corner. Very large and spacious apartment, with plenty of space (there were three of us). In addition, a large kitchen with all the utensils you need (incl. Dishwasher). Martina (hostess) was very friendly and helpful and also answered questions directly. Thus: Had a very good time, great place and happy to come back!!

Peter and Annette's accommodation is beautiful: the decoration is refined; its south-facing aspect is very pleasant and despite the cool temperature the terrace is a real plus! Our stay went very well: we took advantage of the neighborhood which offers enough to do your shopping, take a walk. Peter and Annette are very available and welcome you into their home as if you were close friends. For Easter, we had chocolates! a fantastic experience!

Very nice stay. Very quiet studio, conducive to rest and very beautiful hikes nearby and in the surrounding area. Christa is very nice and has good tips. We would recommend it in a second.

The "old garage" had a very wonderful charm and was almost nicer than seen on the website. The communication with Lukas, the environment, the well-equipped apartment and the wonderful surroundings made us feel completely comfortable and we would like to come back again. Highly recommended!

Great apartment for a successful weekend! Very clean, good location and cozy, with a bonus large terrace on the top floor. The bed is comfortable, and the host is very friendly and responsive. I would recommend it in a second!

Very friendly and welcoming host. The coziest winter garden and rooftop terrace. Everything you need available in the home. Plenty of space. The church bells ring early, but it wasn't a problem for us. Quiet area. Beautiful hiking and biking area.
