The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, toy store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). Experience Potsdam skin close and yet in the countryside. We are a quiet residential area directly on the Ravensbergen, which invites you beautifully to hikes and bike rides. The main train station and Potsdam-Zentrum are about 3-5 km away from here and can be easily reached by public transport. You'll love my place because of the peace, the comfortable bed and much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Diese frisch renovierte 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon liegt mitten in Potsdam-Babelsberg. Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus besteht mit der S7 eine direkte Verbindung nach Berlin.

The apartment is on the first floor in the courtyard building. There is a living room, a kitchen and a shower room. A cozy outdoor area is all yours too. You will stay in a Dutch house in the Holl. Quarter. Downtown location with 1-minute walk to the tram. The main train station can be reached via 4 stations. Almost all attractions, food, drink, shopping are within walking distance.

My guest apartment offers 45 m² of space for 2-4 people. It is comfortably and modernly furnished and invites you to linger - so say my guests :-). After a long day of excursions, the separate bedroom allows you to retreat a little. The apartment also has its own kitchenette and shower room. For more than two guests, the sofa bed can be converted into a double bed.
