Spacious 60 square meters, living room with open, fully equipped kitchen, offer space for 2-4 people. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

The new exclusive houseboat "Souly" with its associated driver's license free motorboat offers you a total usable area of 75m2. The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.

Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Our beautiful official house is the former residence of the Duke of Oldenburg and is located in the back part of our estate, surrounded by greenery overlooking fields and meadows. The rooms are spacious and tastefully designed and even with many people you will always find your own retreat to breathe. A huge, private garden with terrace and garden furniture awaits you, adjacent to our horse pasture.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area and yet in the city. It is only a few minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or to the harbor. The central location allows to do all activities by foot or by bike. In the 2026 season there is a city bus that all guests can use free of charge. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers.
