The exclusive and modern houseboat "Oma Ella" is located on the outer jetty of the yacht shipyard with an unobstructed view of the Heiligenhafen harbor entrance and the well-known Graswarder nature reserve. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all the important places. The apartment is located in the residential area and has 6-8 sleeping places in 3 bedrooms (6 regular, 2 additional on sofa bed or mattress), has 2 bathrooms on a total size of 150 m². Winter garden and balcony with fantastic sea views. The marina and inland lake are a 10-minute walk away, the beach and pier are about a 15-minute walk away.

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Small cozy apartment right by the sea

My place is close to Heiligenhafen. You'll love my place because of its proximity to the sea, just 30 meters from the beach, but also because of the separate kitchen and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The relatively high daily rate for my place is due to from Airbnb's new pricing structure, which added their 15.5% service fee to the daily rate.

We offer you several private rooms in our house for up to 10 guests. The rooms have been re-decorated in 2016 The 1st floor has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. This is your space. A kitchen downstairs is also exclusive to use for you, as well you have a dining room and a terrace outside. We live here as well in separate flat and are happy to help you with any assistance you require.
