The new exclusive houseboat "Souly" with its associated driver's license free motorboat offers you a total usable area of 75m2. The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. The 20m2 living and dining area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a comfortable sofa has panoramic windows on three sides. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.

The "Fischerhäuser Heiligenhafen" are located on a very quiet property, directly on the picturesque inland lake and within walking distance to downtown, the harbor and the beach. The complex consists of two stylish semi-detached houses. Guests can reach the in-house parking spaces via a private driveway. Each house has a private sauna, large bicycle shed, a stove with free wood and a "bun bike". The little guests are happy about a trampoline.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. A terrace with its own beach chair & other seating in our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used if available.
