The 5* **** apartment "11° East" was newly built in 2016 and is located in an absolutely prime location between the old town of Heiligenhafen, the lake, the 5-star marina and the fine Baltic Sea beach. You have a fantastic view of the Binnensee or a partial view of the Baltic Sea and the nature reserve Graswarder. A spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen, a sofa bed, a comfortable daylight bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a box spring bed and 2 balconies await you.

Friendly 2-room apartment between the lakes

Our apartment is on the lower ground floor of an old building, is very bright and friendly and not stuffy due to the thick walls even on the hottest summer days. In the garden you can enjoy a wonderful sunny breakfast or end a nice day at the beach with a glass of wine. Our house is located on the edge of the forest between two lakes, each of which is approx. 5-7 minutes' walk, the city center is about 20 minutes' walk, the Baltic Sea is about 25 minutes by car.

Welcome to our apartment in Dänschendorf on Fehmarn. Completely renovated in 2022, this apartment in an old captain's house leaves nothing to be desired. On 100 m² you have space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds. In the evening in front of the fireplace, in the barrel sauna in the garden or on our terrace directly on the lake, you can relax after an eventful day. Surrounded by picturesque Holstein Switzerland, between a beautiful lake landscape, it is an ideal starting point for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

The apartment has a room of 20 square meters plus kitchen and shower bath. A terrace with separate access. The location is very quiet, rural. 200 meters to the lake where you can swim. It is 12 km to the Baltic Sea (Neustadt), Lübeck 35 km, Kiel 45 km, Hamburg 85 km. Massenat with its lakes and the possibility to rent canoes/kayaks is 15 km away. The nearest regional train is 9 km away. The landscape is hilly. There are many forests, fields and lakes.

Staying at a private lake incl. jetty

In this apartment, you can start your vacation with a relaxed lake view from day one. For excursions into nature, you can ride your bike from the front door. If you like, you can barbecue directly on your own lake or go paddling with the SUP or paddle boat you brought with you. Our private lake has no "paddleable" connection to other lakes. On the TV, you can log in with your own Netflix & Co. account. You can reach Timmendorfer Strand in 30 minutes.

The accommodation is located near the Baltic Sea directly on the Kellersee, only 50 meters to jump into it. Eutin is a picturesque small town in eastern Holstein Switzerland. Leisure activities such as cycling, walking, canoeing, boat trips on the "Luise," and much more are a real treat. You'll love my place because of the peace, the light and the surroundings. My place is suitable for couples and solo connoisseurs who appreciate a beautiful view.
