The 5* **** apartment "11° East" was newly built in 2016 and is located in an absolutely prime location between the old town of Heiligenhafen, the lake, the 5-star marina and the fine Baltic Sea beach. You have a fantastic view of the Binnensee or a partial view of the Baltic Sea and the nature reserve Graswarder. A spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen, a sofa bed, a comfortable daylight bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a box spring bed and 2 balconies await you.

In the beautiful holiday home Kleene Slott you can just feel good! Through the open living room, the large bedrooms as well as the open wooden staircase you will experience a spacious ambience. The luxurious amenities with a great sauna and large bathrooms make your vacation a wellness experience! All-round carefree: The beds are made when you arrive and the towels (initial set) are ready for you. This service and all ancillary costs are included in the nightly rate.

The new exclusive houseboat "Souly" with its associated driver's license free motorboat offers you a total usable area of 75m2. The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. The 20m2 living and dining area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a comfortable sofa has panoramic windows on three sides. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.

If you want to enjoy the Baltic Sea, you have come to the right place! We renovated and furnished this apartment in 2022! Our apartment is located directly on the fine sandy beach and on the beach promenade, but still quietly located. It is a small but stylish apartment with balcony. This apartment is perfect for 2 people (bedroom with double bed 160 × 200), but families with children are also ❤️welcome (comfortable sofa bed with topper in the living area).

In addition to a beautiful beach, a super friendly hostess awaits you here. 2025 is already the 3rd season with holiday guests and I'm really looking forward to my regular guests and you new guests. I'm happy to give you tips on how you can do as much or as little as possible here. Whether you want to spend your holiday just by yourselves or fancy surfing sessions or bike rides at sunset together is up to you.

Close to the Baltic Sea, we rent a cozy guest room in a separate bungalow in a quiet location in the heart of Neukirchen. In the room, among other things, a small kitchenette is integrated, A private bathroom with shower/toilet is also available. Linens, towels, Wi-Fi and parking are included. A terrace with its own beach chair & other seating in our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used if available.

The apartment is ideal for relaxing and recharging.

Nestled in the heart of Ostholstein - in Lensahn - is our "Old Doctor's House." Our approx. 50 m² large, cozy two-room apartment "Country Garden" is located on the 2nd floor. The apartment in the English shabby mix impresses with the accents and details selected with love and care. In the furnished garden, which is available to all guests, you can end your beach day. This beautiful tower apartment is located on the 7th level of the Baltic Sea residence in Heiligenhafen with fantastic sea views. It is 56 square meters, has a kitchen-living room with dining area and a shower room with hairdryer & towel heater. The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed & TV. The beach is right outside the door, so you can be woken up by the sound of the waves in the morning

Our stylishly decorated, small apartment is looking forward to welcoming you as guests! The combined living and sleeping area is very modern and lovingly furnished. The sleeping area has a large double bed, a TV, really good Wi-Fi, as well as a cozy corner couch. The spacious fitted kitchen has an oven, induction stovetop and dishwasher, large refrigerator incl. freezer and numerous kitchen utensils.

Vacation on a generous 44 m² on the second floor in the "Strandhuus" on the Steinwarder - just a few meters from the beach. The stylish studio apartment, renovated in Scandinavian style, has a cozy sleeping and sitting area with TV in the front area overlooking the sea. In the rear living area is the dining area, as well as a separate kitchen and shower room.

Relax in Heiligenhafen

The apartment is in a quiet residential area and yet in the city. It is only a few minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or to the harbor. The central location allows to do all activities by foot or by bike. In the 2026 season there is a city bus that all guests can use free of charge. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers.
