Es war rund um ein Perfekter Aufenthalt. In der Nähe vom Airport aber sehr ruhig gelegen. Gemütlicher Balkon! Man merkt von Beginn an wie viel Liebe im Detail im Apartment verarbeitet wurde. Es ist traumhaft und so gemütlich. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Die Kommunikation ist eine 1 Plus mit ⭐️! Es wurde alles von Anfang an offen erklärt wie wo was funktioniert. Super wirklich Wir kommen gerne wieder 🫶🏼

Sascha's flat was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The shower was fabulous. The outdoor patio was lovely, peaceful, and quiet. I highly recommend this lovely apartment. The pictures don't do it justice!

As a super host myself, I have high expectations for an Airbnb. This apartment exceeded all. It’s very spacious, and the kitchen is outfitted with everything you need and more to self cater. The apartment is very quiet and off the street. As other reviewers have mentioned the outside door into the courtyard is heavy but easy once you are accustomed. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to my coworkers also visiting Berlin office.

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie für ein Wochenende in Mariannes Wohnung und können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt mit Bäcker, sodass es jeden Morgen frische Brötchen gab. Marianne selbst und auch Ihre Tochter waren ebenfalls toll! Kurz gesagt: Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt und würden wieder buchen, wenn wir wieder in die Gegend kommen :)

Loved staying at Heike's apartment - it's very nice, clean, and close to a very accessible train station, grocery store, and restaurants. Communication with Heike was fast and clear and the check-in and check-out process was simple and painless. This apartment was perfect for my trip as I was working remotely during the day and going out nights and weekends. Just FYI, it's in a more quiet place in Berlin so if you're looking for more of a nightlife scene, would suggest staying closer to the center of the city. Overall, it was fantastic staying there and the pricing was fair for the value. Thanks so much, Heike!

Kurz und knapp möchte ich mich anschließen… Tolle , freundliche Gastgeber ! Wir haben hilfreiche Tips bekommen , sei es zum E-Bike ausleihen oder auch die Tour dazu . Eine super , saubere , einladende , ruhig gelegene, mit allem was es braucht , um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen schöne Wohnung ! Wir sind komplett „entschleunigt“ . Ganz klare Empfehlung von uns .

El alojamiento en lo de Anja y Dennis fue excelente, Denis fue muy amable y estuvo siempre presente, solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento por la muy buena estadía que tuvimos. Dejamos el coche en la cochera de la casa y nos manejamos en tren a Berlin, la estación esta 15 minutos a pie. También hay parking gratuito en la estación donde se puede dejar el auto para tomar el tren. La casa esta en un semisubsuelo, pero es muy cómoda y tiene todos los servicios.

Very clean modern and comfortable. Full sized washer and dryer felt like a luxury. Large rooftop terrace was great for sunset lounging. Definitely a great stay!

Meine Freunde und ich haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt. Matthias hat das Haus sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und es gab vor Ort wirklich alles was wir brauchten, zB in der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche. Alles war sehr sauber und die Anbindung zu dem Haus ist wirklich gut, vom Berliner Zentrum ist man mit der U-Bahn und dem Bus schnell beim Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Matthias war einfach, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit. Ich kann das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren eine große Gruppe mit mehreren Kindern. Der wunderschöne grüne Garten mit Sandkasten und Trampolin war für die Kinder ein Traum, die schöne ruhige Außenanlage, der tolle helle Wohn- und Kochbereich war für uns Erwachsene wunderbar. Für uns genau das richtige - zu Fuß ein paar schöne Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung und insgesamt einfach wunderbare Tage zum Entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

In unserem Kurzurlaub mit den Kindern hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz, konnten uns auch mal aus dem Weg gehen und haben die Zeit entspannt und genossen. Der schöne grüne Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist mehr als vollständig. Vom Haus aus hatten wir viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig. Bei Fragen stand uns Claudia schnell zur Seite! Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Vielen Dank Claudia! Liebe Grüße von Anja, Christian und den Kinder

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in diesem wirklich liebevoll gestalteten Haus. Es ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Der Garten ist wirklich großzügig. Alles ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl.

Super Gastgeberin, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, es ist alles und noch mehr vorhanden was für ein paar erholsame Tage gebraucht wird. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Sehr Hundefreundlich, auch für unsere 2 Doggen. Es wurde an alles gedacht und es gab so liebe Begrüßungsüberraschungen ( Obst, frische Eier , Marmelade, Butter, Getränke und vieles mehr) Sehr ruhige Gegend, genau richtig zum abschalten und entspannen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Their patience with my late check-in was greatly appreciated, making my arrival seamless. The peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout the home created an environment that was both welcoming and inspiring. I was able to write quite a lot. Thanks to the calm and comfort of their lovely spot. I highly recommend their place to anyone seeking a restorative and productive getaway.

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

Super netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter check-in, auf Nachfrage auch ein etwas späterer Checkout möglich gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt und dazu ein super bequemes Bett und eine schöne ruhige Terrasse. Beim nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt sehr gerne wieder!

Great stay! The area was very walkable. Theres a beautiful park, shops, and things to do right around the corner.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as stated and shown in the photos. All the amenities we needed and more were provided. The place was super clean, comfortable, beautiful, and close to most, if not all, key locations. Frank was great and very helpful. We especially loved the orange juice! Totally recommend!!

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable.
