Nice place with free parking

Beautiful renovated basement apartment on the Swabian Alb. Here you will find many hiking and excursion opportunities. The apartment is 36 square meters. Hallway with washing machine and dryer. Bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom with TV and Wi-Fi. Please indicate in your inquiry whether you are traveling alone or as a couple. So I can make a price adjustment. The second person costs an extra 5 euros per night. At the moment there is still a construction site outside!

For additional guests (or if a queen-size bed is used by only one person), a sofa bed or a comfortable mattress for the floor is available. This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.
