The rehab Klinik Kreischa and the horse racecourse are located in the catchment area. SBahn 10 min to the center. Good starting point for a drive to Prague. A blueberry plantation is in the immediate vicinity. The gasometer with its numerous exhibitions is 3 km away.

There is a balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tub, and there are three bedrooms with one double bed each. Bed linen and towels provided. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

The apartment (about 36 m²) in the city of Dohna has a room with a comfortable bed (1.8 x 2 m), bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen.
